Lady at front Desk is rude .. states if ordered online has to deal online and they don't have anything to do. The day of the vehicle pick up remains rude and yet my 630am pick up was changed to 830am due to unknown reason.. I received the night before the notice by email that my pick up time was changed. Treats me as if I don't know what I'm doing. Really rude and mean..

Location was not friendly and was very disorganized...the key in the lock box didn't correspond with the vehicles on the lot. They had to go in the back to get the correct vehicle. They quickly cleaned it, but was not thorough

The gas tank was almost empty when I picked up. Since I was not sure of the gas capacity and how many trips I would go,I filled up the gas tank which was almost $80.Apparently truck doesn't consume much gas as I expected and we also didn't do as many trips as we thought. That is why most rental places fill up the gas tank ,and the responsibility of a customer, is to return it full.I probably used just about $10or $15 worth of gas and on the return of the truck, the girls at the counter refused deduct the extra gas I purchased out of my bill.They said they can't do anything about it.Its not fair for a customer to buy gas into a truck for a company like Uhaul to work with and get extra dollars for it.They should have given that disclosure during pick up ,I would have probably bought just a little gas at a time.

Vehicle was very dirty the windows were especially dirty could not see very well out them even after the windshields were cleaned by wind shield wipers. However, the employee assisting me was very professional and friendly.

The gentleman that assisted me was very helpful and energetic. He showed my two sizes of the U-Hauls, he explained the insurance, gave me three guidelines to follow when driving a U- Haul.

Nothing...it was super easy to get in and out. I would recommend that you see if you can change the time you open on google. It says 930 am on the internet but I was able to get the truck at 9am. Thanks for all your help.

The off hour return policy could have been explained in better detail in regards to having to take photos of the mileage, gas, and parking. Didn't initially have cell signal and not going to pay the roaming charges. Walked til signal was obtained and accomplished turn In requirement.

I rented a 10' Uhaul truck from Atlas storage southbay on 14APR19. Upon returning the vehicle, I proceeded to fill up the gas for what I used and while doing so, gas sprayed out underneath. I quickly noticed and stoped pumping. I looked underneath for the gas lines and saw two lines not connected, one seemed to be cut, the second main hose was completely off the ending piece. It appeared someone may have did this to steal gas while it was at the establishment. I returned the truck and mentioned this to Atlas and they mentioned that they had a few trucks parked in the front overnight and the gas #'s did not match and they had believed gas to be stolen from them. This should definitely be something that each establishment renting out Uhaul vehicles check prior to renting out. Now this is Another thing that consumers must check while doing a walk around.

Unfortunately when I went to return the truck I made sure all was set and cleared And asked before I left if I owed anything. I later received a bill charge for $140 Stating that I did not add accurate gas Knowing they left it at that amount and charged me triple for it . We tried to resolve instore but no luck .

It used to be that U-Haul trucks came with blankets to wrap delicate furniture, mirrors, etc. It seems that is a thing of the past but bringing that back would be nice.

I did not receive any instructions for my request for an early 0700 am Saturday rental truck pickup from the UHaul website. So I had to wait until Atlas Storage opened at 0800 am for the office to open for assistance. Luckily, Geraldine was very helpful. Geraldine canceled my online reservation and opened up a manual reservation, and I was able to get going. Upon return, Sasha quickly took care of me. Both lady were great.

The person that connected the car trailer failed to properly install it potentially causing major damage to my truck and putting my family's life in danger. The trailer came off of my hitch. If it wasn't for the safety chains the trailer would have been lost or worse.

I made a recervarion for a truck but 22 min before my time of pick up they call me to let me know that that one its not there and sorry but deal with it and i told them that my recervation it say that they do have it and the only reaponse was "Some one was going to call you but they didint so you want it or not"

we were given the wrong truck which made us take two trips instead of one. we were told that we would have it for 24 hours and they only gave us until 9 pm. I had said I wanted insurance and did not receive it. It should have been on the initial contract but it wasn't and they could not change it. I was not told when I leased the Uhaul that I had to have a secured credit card. I only have a debit Visa card. Their solution was to tell me I could go rent the truck elsewhere with cash.

The reservation proceed was disappointing. I reserved a 24ft truck online and it said it was available. The day before the move, I got a call saying that all I could have is a 15ft truck and I had to drive 17 miles for it. I was counting on that truck and changing the plans in the last minute was disappointing. Now I know that Uhaul is not reliable.

Good Customer Service brings Back Customers, poor customer Service, well... there are other Stores that can be shopped, always treat the Customer right, And they will give you business, Right?
