Nothing. The truck was spotless, a newer safe model and the people that handled my needs were better than any UHAUL I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve rented for many local moves and many cross country moves. Thanks for being professional!

This location was about 20 minutes out of the way from the location I originally booked at. So it was a bit inconvenient but I was compensated with extra miles to make up for it. There were no public restroom facilities and I had just traveled over 2 hours so that would have been welcome before we set out with the truck. But other than that, the process was smooth, the employees were efficient and welcoming and explained everything very well. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. I would happily use their services again.

keith fDisappointed after renting several times for this move. I tried calling in and set up a call back from management but no phone call. Felt I deserved a credit as your location promised us a truck at Tamworth. nH location at Motorsports on Ossipee Lake Road and they never checked in the truck and we had no truck to use that morning causing twice the work as we had to rent a van from Auberchon Hardware

Richard Hi was originally scheduled to pick u at different location; however, the person who rented before me did not return the truck. i was able to get on my phone and reserve this and then drive 15 miles to get it quickly, so it worked out fine in the end. it wasn't ideal that i had to make this last minute and longer trek to get a uhaul, trip but the issue was with the customer before me, not with u haul.

Tom KUhaul had a glitch in their system. I booked and received confirmations for this location. We arrived at this location and our reservation was not in the system. We then got a call from another Uhaul location further away asking us when we would be picking up the trailer. Luckily our friends at Aubuchon were able to provide us with what we originally booked.

joseph bI was shocked at the price $3,550. I was expecting to pay around $2,500 to drive to Florida. We returned the truck 2 days early and drove less miles than the quote and I was hoping to get a small refund. I was curious we rented a bigger truck that she drove to Iowa back in Sept and we paid $1,800 then.

brian sIt was an excellent experience. Eric really knew his stuff and was even helping me with the challenges I had at drop off location. I paid for two days rental and two days insurance at pickup. Was told to drop off after hours the next day and there would be directions at return bin, as to how to return online so I wouldn’t incur and after hours fee. He said it was very simple and to take a pic of odometer. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
CATHY VI made the reservation for a 15 ft truck for 8 hrs starting at 8 AM. The U-Haul rep told me the store didn't open until 8:30 but that I could self check the truck out online as long as I was comfortable doing it through my phone. I accepted this but when I arrived at 8:00 I found out that the store kept the keys inside so I waited until 8:30 and got the keys. I returned at 4:25 and was told there would be additional charges because I was late. Had to go through the whole story and wait while the clerk contacted U-Haul and relay the story. Finally left without additional charge. U-Haul didn't have the stores correct opening time and key policy.
