Smashed passenger side mirror, bald tires, radio didn’t work but music came out speakers. Overall great customer service, awful truck!
Josh TooleWe reserved a 20ft truck to be ready in Williamstown about 10 days prior to requested date. We were not able to get a 20ft truck, the 20ft truck was 35 min away. We were able to get a 15ft truck which made our move 2 hours north more difficult. If i reserve a 20ft truck id like that to be available when and where i need it. Also the 2 men who were assisted us at Aubuchon though were pleasant weren't very efficient with the Uhaul website and rental process, which seemed to be either lack of training and/or difficulty with a slow website that was giving errors. It took about 20 mins longer than it should have to pick up the truck.

Got charged an extra 20$ to drop it off after the place closed even though I had to do all the checkout stuff myself through the app
Erica NewberyGet your services straight. I needed to bring some items from Williamstown to Pittsfield. The guy at the counter in Pittsfield said if I pick up in Williamstown I'd save money going one way. Then the guy in Williamstown said the truck HAD TO BE RETURNED TO HIS STORE. Nonsense cost me in extra mileage and wasted time. I guess I should have stuck with Budget for a rental, at least they're clear about the services they provide. Frankly I want my money back over this blatant false advertising. Not all uhaul offices offer one way.

Andrew KellyI entered all my information online in advance and, for once, the person at this location accepted it and didn't make me do everything again which has happened my last several instances with UHaul which has made me wonder why I do it. Service to get hooked up was quick. I had to wait for manager to finish with one customer and then I was treated very well. There was a 4x8 trailer there which I would have preferred, but the website did not list it as available. Would have saved me $4. In the grand scheme of things, no big deal. But if you're looking for feedback, that would help.

judy kolocRented a truck, no record yet I had the conf #. Told me to call U-Haul they were busy. U-Haul said pickup location would be assigned when it was it was 1 1/2 hours away each direction. Cancelled. Next day received confirmation where we originally rented. Picked it up next day and return was changed to 45 minutes away in the opposite direction of home. Called U-Haul again told our drop off is full and found a drop off in Leominster. That was better. At least the employees were polite, attentive, and very fast in Leominster. So several phone calls, emails, texts later we eventually had a truck. But it was wasted time, energy, and patience. Something has changed. This is not the U-Haul we have always used before. If I need a truck again, we will look for alternative. A huge shoutout to the employees in Leominster.

Robert TarnasThe truck was somewhat dirty, crumbs from previous person etc. The passengers side door was unable to open due to front quarter panel and door itself rubbing upon opening. Otherwise the truck worked fine and did exactly what I needed it for. Everyone at the store was very helpful and even noted when I called that the passengers side door had an issue.

john armstrongThe location we rented from were amazing people. Uhaul themselves not so much. The truck was clearly out of maintenance. Needs a rebalance, a new driver seat belt, and the headlight was out.
Sierra HarringtonRussell was very friendly and helpful when I picked up the truck. I returned it after hours and did the online return process, but then had a hard time finding the lock-box for the key drop-off (turns out it's on the opposite side of the building from where the trucks are.) For some reason I was charged for 3 days instead of 2, and when I called the store the next day, the manager was apologetic but said he couldn't do anything about it on his end, so he gave me the 800 U-Haul phone number, and the customer service rep was very helpful and refunded the extra day's fee after I emailed her a photo of the odometer and gas gauge with the time stamp from the previous night. The truck itself was OK, except the steering wheel and front end shook between 40-50mph.

Ole RetlevGot a robo message because we were “Late” picking up (we had actually said we weren’t sure what time we would arrive that morning) I responded to indicate “yes, we still wanted the equipment “. The rep who I spoke to was about as bad as you can imagine. Rude, unprofessional just a real jerk who for whatever reason was aggressively hostile. I have employed about 2,000 people now. God I hope none are as bad as him talking to our customers.

Amber HuygheService at pickup was good. Our rental was dropped off 14 hours before it was due and keys were put in the Dropbox. We were charged an additional $20 extra fee for time. We were told it was contractional with U-haul and would have to talk with corporate because we didn’t drop it off with anyone at the store. It was after hours on a Sunday evening. We were not made aware at pickup that if we returned our rental after hours we would be charged a fee if we did not complete drop off online. The manager was quip and unapologetic. We have never run into this before. Very disappointing.

Brad WellsI found this U-Haul location to be very professional and reliable. They answered my phone call, they checked me in quickly and easily, and the truck was in very good condition. If anybody ever asks me which U-Haul they should go with, I would tell them Aubuchon Hardware Store in Williamstown, MA.
Gregory LewisThere was no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir and the left (driver’s side) windshield sprayer was inoperative. It did not appear that the cab had been cleaned. Fluid residue in the cup holders, etc. I believe there is a bearing issue developing on the left side of the truck. Above 40mph you can hear a high pitched whining noise.

matthew backielOK SO THE TIRES INDICATED BEING LOW, i INFLATED ALL TIRES, NEXT DAY TIRES WERE INDICATED LOW PRESSURE. THESE TRUCKS ARE SO BAD IN THE SNOW, WE HAD ONE INCH OF SNOW AND COULD NOT GET TO MY DESTINATION HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER DAY. FIREMEN FROM A FIRETRUCK PUSHED ME UP A SMALL HILL. PUT BETTER TIRES ON THE TRUCKS!

Amy MooreUhaul sent me to another state to get my Uhaul. My reservation was for the Uhaul 2 miles away for an in-town move. When I asked for compensation on both the miles and/or gas, they said no because online reservations are not guaranteed. Poor customer service and money-hungry company. I ended up paying $60 more than I should have for an in-town move. Never again, Uhaul.
