So I had intially had a reservation for 10am with RMO auto, and when I showed up no one was there. Aubuchons was not far away so I called them last minute to make a reservation. It took me ten minutes to get there and by the time I did they had the uhaul all ready to go. I do think the truck drove a little funky and advised that they get it scanned just in case, but over all the staff were pleasant and made everything about the experience a little easier.Lauren H.

Allow the drop off site to correct the bill in the system. I paid for blankets but none were provided. The drop off site could not take off the blanket rental fee, which necessitated ANOTHER long wait on hold to the 800 number. Huge waste of my time.JENNIFER O.

I dropped this Uhaul off the same day I picked it up in Williamstown Mass. I dropped it off in Greenwich NY, and Uhaul is telling me I'm late dropping it off. I'm mad, if I get charged any extra I'm going to fight this. Just because Greenwich BY Uhaul didn't put it in their computerMary H.
