Firstly , you have to keep the vehicle clean and Maintained , it was very dirty and Was not Cleaned Properly , It was smelling very bad and also there was no blankets , no Dolly inside the cargo area , Still i got Charged 45$ , Really very Poor Service , If you need pictures i can provide you that also , am going to google map review also so that you guys should properly maintain your vehicles

The truck that I picked up was dirty specially the side mirrors and the level of the gas was nearly empty and the guy that was assisting me just kept on insisting that it was not empty but 1/4 full before the empty line indicator which is very tricky in a way that if you were to drive it far you will need to fill it up first? It is supposed to be 3/4 full so that it is easier to see how much gas was used and also will be more convenient that I don't have to worry about filling it up first before I can drive it and start my move - I was just lucky that my move was not that far. I've been here a couple of times and the truck was always dirty specially the side mirrors and this time I just cant take it anymore and I am not going back to UHaul and will just find another provider.

EUNCHEOL KThe pick up and drop off went well; however, the moving blankets we reserved were not with the truck when we picked it up. The response using the chat feature was quick but we did not have the blankets for the move. I’ll have to work through the refund process now.
Clayton OI think I was overcharged for fuel. It cost me $40 to fill the tank after driving only 26 miles. Therefore, the tank could not have been full when I started my trip.

The only issue I had was that I drove the truck for 20 miles and was told to ensure that Fuel level for truck is full when I return it back. However, it costed me 31$ to fill up regular gas in it. I have emailed the customer service department on this and have not heard back. I am trying to find the logic behind spending 31$ for 20 miles distance. I would appreciate if I can hear back on this.

Simon MThey gave the truck blow 1/2 of tank and she told that there is half tank so when I got into the truck, there was under 1/2. So I fueled up the truck after I finished and I kept it where it was exactly. I was surprised that she charged me $20 extra for fuel. I won't go again to this location and won't recommend it for anyone I know.

Ricardo EI was happy with the check out/in procedure however I was explicitly told that the rental would include up to the first 100 KM's of travel. Why would he tell me this information if it turned out to be completely false according to the receipt (even the 'estimate' receipt)? I am a little annoyed at this thinking I was getting a great deal, and that's why I'm not giving this location a good review. Please don't verbally lead a customer to obviously incorrect information. The cost doubled in my mind because of this.
Brad MThe truck was falling apart with pieces of th grill falling off, the driver door would not even unlock. They also increased the kilometer price from .79 to 1.27 without telling me. I reported this and have yet to hear back from uhaul. I am disgusted with the overall service and would like a refund for the over charged difference in kilometers.
Cory SLocation has no signs of Uhaul. It is very hard to find if a Uhaul van wasn't parked there. They must a visible UHAUL SIGN THERE.
PRITPAL SThe person at the rental location in Calgary entered my credit card information wrong 4 times while trying to process the rental. This my credit card was locked out.. This same person only allowed for the exact mileage from the rental location to the drop off location… no mileage was given for dropping off my furniture at my house. How would I unload my furniture at the drop off location and why would I do this ?? No common sense !

fatima rFurniture dolly was booked and confirmed two days prior and it wasn’t available on the day, ended up having to lift heavy furniture and fell as it crashed on my head! Truck was dirty, and the inside in the back was incredibly slippery, as well as the steps, especially with the snow and ice.

Kina BThey wrote the milage/km wrong on the contract to charge you more fraudulently. Secondly the fuel they marked more than three quarters(75%) on contract which in real was empty in the truck. Sent them pictures informed about km/miles reading, did not helped me instantly. Wasted my one hour when four moving guys were waiting at home. Sent them picture of $30 fuel receipt as i took the truck empty but parked back with $30 fuel, i should get that refund. Thank you
gurpinder sTruck is dirty inside the cab. It shouldnt be on the road. It shakes if you go above 35 mph +. Its not road safe worthy. Back tires are worn out. Not even 10% thread on tires..
yawar aThey are looters. Fuel in contract was mentioned as 3/8 however there is totally different scale in the vehicle. I drove it for only 8 kms which should not consume more than 4 litres of fuel. I filled up 7 litres of fuel at Shell and still U-haul charged me $40 for fuel. Kind of stupid. The person told me that it’s only 1/4 left now, haha, still there is no scale of this. It’s totally different scale in the vehicle and hence one can tell whatever one wants and charge any random amount.

Francisco LI was told I would definitely have a 15 foot truck. No trucks reserved for me and I had to pay extra. This doesn’t just stem from this location. This is uhaul as a whole. Constantly being tossed around between locations. Why ask for preferences if you won’t accommodate at all or even try. Won’t use uhaul again!
Christopher CThe biggest complaint I have would be that we were sent to 3 locations on the day of puck up. I didn't appreciate that because we had deadlines that we had to meet throughout the day and we missed a few of them because of the bouncing around you sent me on that day. We had to pick up a truck at 11am in Drumheller just to get there and the place was closed... I called in and I was sent to Airdrie which is an hour away from Drumheller just to get to that location and they were closed. I called in again to complain and they sent me to Calgary which is a half hour away from Airdrie. I get into Calgary and had a he'll of a time finding the place. This is all in Alberta. Finally when we got the truck 4hrs later we were delayed for the rest of the day.i put in a complaint and I'm still waiting for someone to call me back. So needless to say my experience was not the best.

VARINDERJIT STruck interior wasn't cleaned (coffee stains, sunflower seeds, glass). Truck was past its CVI. Wipers were worn, broken, and dirty. had to fix on my own after the first bout of rain. Cracked windshield.
CHRIS ZInstructed to drop keys in the box and there was no box so I locked them in the cargo space and was texted by uhaul asking where they are then asking me where the dolly I never got was and when I told them I never got it and how bad the experience was they stopped replying… overall not a good experience at all.
Suncica DIt was very confusing to me as I was told I could drop off the truck at any U-Haul location in Calgary - as it turns out that wasn’t the case. I was given an address that wasn’t a U-Haul location, and it was rather super confusing to return the truck. The lady at Aucomm was very kind. She made the return process easy.
