The only issues I had with this storage facility is that the door does not securely close resulting in rats and water damage.

I paid for insurance but I guess it didn't matter because I was not reimbursing for the things that was ruined... And the things that got ruined and messed up was well over 1000 dollars ... So what should I do from here or who do I need to contact so I can see about getting my stuff that was ruined and messed up replaced since I paid for insurance on my unit.... Thanks Eric Murray
