Amanda WIf I could give a zero for this experience I would. My original pickup location was changed and I was sent an hour out of the way from the requested pickup and drop-off location. I understand that this can happen but I passed multiple closer locations with Uhauls during my drive from the original pickup location and drop-off location. This put me two hours behind schedule. I was told I would be compensated for the mileage and was not. In fact, I was charged for it and had to call to contest the charge to get my money back. I allegedly will be reimbursed in a couple of days. They did not have the requested size, but at least offered a size up instead of a size down. That being said the Uhaul I was given had only 1/8th amount of gas. I BEARLY made it to the only gas station close to the pickup location that was charging 3.50 per gallon of gas whereas other stations that I could not get to were charging 2.87 per gallon. I lost a lot of time and money during this experience. The drop-off location had no attendees so I cannot really rate my experience at this location, just my overall experience for the day.
Cristin RThe truck was not in the best condition mechanically. It had seen better days. The tires looked dry rotted. We thankfully made our trip without incident but the truck needed maintenance.

Kade MAgain, my drop off location was changed after booking. Although this drop off location was easy to get to, and appeared very safe, it was one hour from my moving location and 30 minutes past the original drop off location. If you truly want to improve, stop changing, pick off and drop off locations after booking is completed.
JOHN HI never had contact with the drop off location. They were closed, but it was an easy straight forward contact free drop off.

MAURICE BAt my pickup time/location I was informed I would have to drive 45 min. to another location to pick up my truck. I had 3 hourly paid people waiting to work at both locations for app. 2 and 1/2 hours and had to pay them to keep them available, it took an extra hour at the pickup office. I lost an hour and a half of my moving time, had to pay three people for standing around at both locations and still had to pay them for the move, had to drive my own vehicle to pick up my truck. No previous notice given. The $50 discount was small compensation for this. An extra day was given but could not be used since the move had to be completed on a certain day. Very disappointing. U-haul is slipping rapidly it seems. I don't blame the local dealers. I called Corporate and they could have made this alright but choose not to.
