The location is in a high crime area. The truck was picked up at night. A lot of foot traffic. The key box was very difficult to open. It took over 30 minutes to get the box open.Shirlene J.

The ladies were please t and very eary to work with! They we nice and well versed on the products! But, I must inform you that the service was not up to par with other locations I rented from! First I'm used to an uhaul associate doing the vehicle inspection with me! Because we al know 2 heads are better than 1 and upon asking the agents refused! And I believe it was due to the cold tempertures.. When I got into the truck it spelled like smoke!! And funk! I let down the windows and turn the heat on full blast to air out the vehicle's cab! I returned to complete the rental process with the agent and told her the trucked smelled and that it needed and oil change. And I was informed on how this is the only truck available and if I made any changes that it could prolong my travel times! While on the road I came into bad weather and found that the wipers blade were bad and that they didn't clean the windowsJAMES T.

The girl at Auto 285 was very nice and professional. The location has no UHaul inventory. The furniture pads and equipment i reserved had to be picked up at one of your full service centers. The truck was very old, dirty and rough, however it did run fine. The full service center had about thirty new truck but stated they were all reserved. I suspect they do not want to lose the new trucks to a one way rental.SANFORD C.

Maybe it would be advisable to sometimes drive the vehicles to see if they are driving properly or definitely ask the customer if the vehicle was operating properly. The door was broken, made a lot of noise, on the driver side. You had to lock the door to keep it from flying open while driving. The wind shield wipers were broken. Yes, it rained, this did not make me happy. Something was also going on with the brakes. However, the overall experience was good. Would I rent from U-Haul again, Yes.Carolyne B.

We arrived at the location at 10 a.m. to return the truck and there was no one available. There were several other people waiting who said they had been there since 9:30 a.m. The hours posted indicated the store opened at 9:30 a.m. The entrance gates were locked so we were unable to leave the truck and place the keys in the drop box. I contacted 800gouhaul and was connected with the regional office. The regional office advised me to return the truck to the Glenwood Rd. location. I asked the regional office for a contact person such as a manager to discuss the wait time I incurred. I explained that it was a huge Inconvenience to me to wait almost 2 hours and then have to travel to another location to return the truck. I asked that UHAUL compensate me in someway for the time I spent waiting on staff to open the store. I was told that I would have to contact the store directly as they are a private vendor. As a reminder, they rented me a UHAUL truck from the UHAUL website. I arrived at the location on Glenwood to return the truck and I was greeted by two male staff members who were very professional and courteous. They were helpful and tried to make certain that my time at their location was handled timely and professionally. I inquired about the additonal mileage aquired while returning the truck to their location. They said they would not include the miles as we noted the miles at the time of return to the original location at Wesley Chapel and the ending mileage at the Glenwood location. I will not conduct business at the Wesley Chapel Location nor will I recommend this location.Leslie C.
