Auto aide towing and U-Haul had me waiting for one hour and a half. I had checked in online to make my pick up easier and auto aide processed my order incorrectly. I was very disappointed in the way it was handled and I will never go through U-Haul again. Especially Auto aide towing. Terrible experience as it reduced my moving time as I only had 3 hours to load.Dolores G.

Better customer service ,clean your Van's, have someone inspect the van with customer. Not just give them the keys and say, check your phone for a txt..$250.00 dollars for a van that was dirty bad customer service. Van didn't sound like it was in shape.George R.

I rented a box truck for 2 days, actually 32 hours and 40 minutes to be exact, yet I was overcharged for a full 3 days. I called the location, Auto Aide Towing, for an explanation. Robert confirmed that I should have only been charged for 2 days service but he said the Uhaul computer bills automatically and their employees cannot change it. I then called Uhaul corp customer service and spoke to Shantee, who confirmed that I should only have been charged for 2 day, not 3, and she phoned Auto Aide Towing directly to instruct them how to correct the charges to a 2 day rental fee. I called Auto Aide Towing back and they said they spoke to Shantee and said they were in processing the credit back to my CC account and would call back to confirm when it was complete. It's been a week and have not heard back about the credit. I would not these services who overcharge and make you jump through hoops to get it corrected. No thank you.Mark M.

Be more clear with the hours. They are suppose to close at 4 and I got there at 3:15 and they were closed. Thankfully, someone answered the phone because they are a 24 tow service as well. Took about 20 minutes or so but get me on my way but at least they took care of me.Terence W.
