If there was someone attending the facility when the location is actually supposed to be open that way people could actually pick up their reserved Uhaul equipment at their pick up time, instead of 20 minutes later. They could also have a working phone number to call, both the number listed online and the number on their reader board didn't work at all, there wasn't even an option to leave a message. Also, there could be a designated return/drop off location for the Uhaul. Honestly this location was super unprofessional and the experience was very frustrating.Katie C.

STOP automatically taking money from a customer's credit card account, to pay for the insurance coverage on the item being rented, when the customer has already DECLINED said insurance on the original order, and has paid for the original order...in full...prior to picking up the equipment. Only after I picked up the equipment, and later that day looked at my bank account, did I see that U-Haul charged me $ 33.52 for the insurance coverage, that I had DECLINED in the original order. I had to call, request that this charge of $ 33.52 be revered. Today, I received notice that my account has been credited for $ 30.00.........not the full amount I was charged....which was $ 33.52. Frankly, this is STEALING, and when a customer brings it to the attention of U-Haul, the people at U-Haul should credit back the full amount they STOLE from the customer...not just a part of the money they stole. SHAME on U-Haul for doing this. You can blame it on your computer system, but when called out on it, the proper thing to do...the professional thing to do....the ethical thing to do...is to refund the FULL amount you stole...not just a part of it.Michael L.
I was sent to this location even though it wasn't the one I requested. It was out of my way, and the hired employee who drove me back as well. You then charged me for over mileage. I put that on my return response online. You followed up and charged me anyway. Yeah, it was only 7 bucks, but I think you would be pissed off about it too.ROGER D.
Staff had left and was at another location. A sign was left in the window, but was not obvious. Had to call a couple of numbers to get a guy. This was during the time window that I was scheduled to drop off the rig. Were they unaware of my arrival? In the end, it worked, but would have been helpful if they were there as I had to park the rig on the side of the road.Eric K.
