Jonathon DumlerTook 20 minutes to get the uhaul because there had been a different trailer stolen and staff was dealing with that. Got back to return uhaul and staff was on lunch, waited 20 minutes then just did mobile drop off. Lots of waiting, bummed because this location was rated highly.

Shelly ShepardThe cab of the truck was dirty and had trash in it. The driver side door handle was broken. The gas tank was nearly empty and the cargo area of the truck was full of trash, plastic wrap, tv boxes. The only bonus was that it also had dolly's and blankets.

joseph OboyleThe only thing was the lady at the uhaul place in Tupelo Mississippi ripped me of $86.50. I turned the truck in a hour late and she charged me 86.50 after I called uhaul and asked would I be charged and the answer was NO bc it was turned in within good time. Gas was over and I was in between miles? She said she would refund me and I never received it. I’m not using uhaul any more. This is the last time I’m over charged. I feel like y’all over charge anyway for the use of the truck then to turn around and get charged more for no reason

Matthew ZrelakWe had a difficult time, U-haul cancelled my pick up 2 different times, after the first time, I need to add that when customer service called the first pick up sight, the sales associate, DID call and chastised me for being late to pick up our truck and trailer???? our second attempt I called the night before to confirm and again in the morning a half hour before pick up. No one called, texted or emailed to communicate with me. We left the trailer over night so we could load the truck and have someone help load my car in the morning and when we arrived, our rental had been cancelled again!, even after 2 times I called to confirm! THEN, our credit card was charged $600. more without any notice or confirmation. We ended up getting on the road 3 hours later than planned. This was a very unorganized operation that we dealt with there.

Michael FioritoI was originally booked to mobile pick-up at a location, the location got changed, show up day of only to find out that it was going to be hand-delivered and then COULDN'T be because the location that was closed. Luckily the Auto World Lease and Sales location had availability and was able to help me with my reservation!

Gary MalaryThe truck stalled out as I was turning left in a busy intersection. That was scary and I had to restart it in the middle of the intersection! It also lurches randomly when trying to increase speed. Something is wrong with it. I told the employee when I dropped it off. The volume on the radio doesn’t work also.

Mary BarkerWe would have rated this Below Average/Poor, but we are aware that they just moved to this location. The wait time was longer than it needed to be, especially considering we went online prior to picking up the truck. The gal working was kind but needs additional training. The truck was not well maintained at all - engine light on; empty gas tank; a bad tire; seeming bad transmission. We did receive a credit for the empty gas tank which we appreciated.
