This location is very dirty. It was far from my desired pick up location. UHaul refused to deliver it to the largest store in NMB. I had an issue with my credit card a few days later, and this location was the first one I thought of. It's not customer friendly at all.KELLY R.

For a company of this size, I was stunned that I only drove 7 miles which would not have a significant impact on the used gas and would not even move the needle, but I was charged almost 20.00 for gas when I returned. I was stunned and not the guys at the location, but the company policy. I think this policy needs to change. 10 miles and less should not cost the customer. I paid 85.00 to use a truck to go 7 miles. I probably won't use uhaul in the future.KAREN M.

After I booked and paid this service in this location (using my debit card) just one day after this service with Uhaul , I received some fraudulent extra charges under â€œpanini spa Modena â€œ 3 to be more specific, it was really weird cuz I didn't use my debit card in any other place or store or I didn't paid anything else.... I'm pretty sure my data and my card information someone from that place took it cuz once Again: After that service with uhaul I didn't paid or used my card anymore.... even days before. Of course big mistake from my side paying with debit card .... so I canceled that card and therefore I reported those fraudulent transactions with my bank . It's a pity that those guys from that place are using or taking Uhaul's customers data to make transactions under the table. I will leave a review on google maps explaining my experience and my situation so others costumers can be aware!JEANPHILIPPE A.

Equipment was fine but when I returned it was charged $14 per day for insurance that I was not offered and would have declined. Didnt have the energy at the time to dispute so just paid it. Was kind enough to drop me off down the street so that is why I would recommend this place but beware.SETH F.

No onsite parking for personal vehicle should be made clear. It is not convenient/safe for everyone to park in a lot with signs to tow-away unauthorized vehicles, and walk a block to/from their car through an alley. Vehicles should be in perfect working order and as pictured. The photos of the vehicle were perfect. In fact, the back door was severely dented. The tire pressure sensor warning required I return to the pick up location. There was nobody at the location when I returned. I had to telephone the company to get someone to the office who then told me to ignore the sensor. I was very late for my appointment.Lisa L.

This location looks like a business in a 3rd world country. Very dirty and danky. It's a hole in the wall that is in dire need of a renovation. The gentleman that works there is very friendly and helpful. He should work for at another location.Nadine P.

Fuel was at 1/4. Not 1/2.. Truck was not checked in properly. Card board and debrie left in back.. Staff was arguing with each other ..o I thought u checked it in. Guys were nice but I had problems with that location several months before with a late drop off fee hours when I waited till 940 am and no one was there.. Opened at 9...rightyohann V.

horrible service. I was ripped off on the fuel gauge. I took images and texted to the General Manager @ 888-979-3645 who was nice but apparently couldn't act on the erroneous charges. Either the employee servicing doesn't know how to read the meter or ripped me off. And wouldn't even look at the time stamped photo taken 2 blocks and less than 10 minutes later. I am furious and will never rent from this facility and likely never ever from U Haul again given this lack of oversight and management of the rental facilities.Robert G.
