terrible....i dont do apps ....could not get 4 number code to pck iup truck....had to drive 40 miles with 2 dogs 2 grandkids to get to a dealer with a brain!!!!!!4 hoiurs lost a day of packing...stressed ou whole family!!!

William BThe uhaul was dirty and smelled really bad when we picked it up. The gas station is sketchy and also smells terrible inside. The only other customers there were only there to use the gambling game room. The clerk tried to be helpful but was pretty clueless. He wasn’t professional at all, didn’t seem to know how to handle the uhaul rental, and I’m pretty positive he had a pretty substantial buzz from something. He literally emailed me the contract a dozen times in a row by rapidly pressing the send button over and over on his phone. It took way longer than it should have and the truck’s condition was poor. I will hands down never return to this location for anything whether it is uhaul related or not.
Jason WKeep trailer maintenance up to date . Let the renter know if the person that takes care of u haul equipment is present at location if not at least show the other employees how to release equipment to the renter.
