This u-haul is fast and professional. I have never waited to get what I needed and returning was fantastic. Everyone is friendly and willing to make sure everything is perfect.

Mark SI've been calling them since my drop off. I haven't got thru to them. They were also aware that we had problems self checking the truck out. I also had problems returning the truck. They are over charging me. We also try to call them to inform them we going to be late from drop off time. Once again no answer so now they charge us another $20 extra. The gal that help us was very nice, but never told us that we would get over charge for it being late. I would appreciate if they can contact us.

Michelle WTried doing the 24/7 drop off and for some reason the website wouldn't do it. Called and staff at location took care of the drop off for me over the phone. I sent pictures of the inside and where I dropped trailer to complete the drop off. The lady was extremely helpful and took are of us. I would totally recommend this location. Easy to get to and find, right off the freeway. I even tried calling the 1-800-u-haul number but was on hold for over 45 minutes. South K Street location goes above and beyond.
