The person that initially booked with on the phone gave me a non existent Uhaul address for pick up, then when I tried to call the customer service someone put Me on hold and the phone was cut off another also told me to hold on while they help the customer in front of them and never came back to me after about 25 minutes I gave up. It was the worst customer service experience as I had people waiting to help me with loading and offloading they also had other engagements they needed to attend to but they wanted to help me with this projectâ€¦simply unbelievableâ€¦omg!! The location where we finally got a truck the store clerk/owner was very helpful, I can recommend his location but overall Uhaul customer service really sucked on this day!!PUMLA S.
My truck was two quarts low on oil, and more than a pint low on brake fluid. I was supposed to get an appliance dolly and a dozen blankets, but received a small dolly, and the blankets had been used, and were filthy. There were several empty drink bottles in the truck as well. The person who was responsible for checking me in was not at the location, so it had to be done over the phone. The representative who helped me on the phone, David, was excellent, but the mileage info reflected on the mobile check-in was incorrect, causing me to have to call in back and have him correct it. Once we arrived at our destination, we had to move the truck to several spots, and discovered that the truck was leaking oil, which caused multiple spots on our driveway. This truck was clearly not maintained properly, which cost me extra money for the fluids, caused unneeded delays, and caused damage to my driveway. I have used U-Haul many times, with generally good results, but this is an embarrassment to your company.Robert G.

Reservation was scattered and no one could locate the truck I rented and was never notified. So went to 3 different locations in town for the truck. Not organized and I was not happyBrooke H.

No need for any changes, the experience was great. I was hesitant at first when going to a BP to rent the trailer I needed, but I could not have been happier. The gentleman doing my sale was very kind and he had me in and out in just a few minutes. When it came time to return it was pouring out and he let me drop it where it was convenient for me, and completed my inspection without delay. I would not hesitate to rent equipment from there again if need be and would recommend anyone to do so without any reservations about their service or equipment.justin P.

I was sent to 3 locations. The first location I set a reservation 3 days prior, got there and my truck was not there. When someone plans to go across country for a move things like that can not happen to a customer. Fortunately the third location was able to accommodate me and made up for the inconsciente by allowing me to upgrade the truck.Carlos R.

Drop off location denied to take the return. Person on location mentioned they had trouble with county and don't deal with uhaul returns anymore. (Even though there was a uhaul sign). There was no Dropbox for keys. Realized this after I completed the drop off process and was looking for a Dropbox.Mandeep S.
The truck was dirty, the uhaul was not at the station, probably at home , which I can understand being that we are in the middle of a pandemic. The rep on the phone was good. Reached my storage unit and the dolly or blankets were not in the truck. I was never emailed the return location until I called . To top it all after all this was charged $59 for a 15 dollar top up. No apologies from the mishaps. But oh well. Stay safe.Chausa H.
