I used the online reservation system due to COVID. However, when I arrived it took over thirty minutes to check out. I had to hand my license to the clerk. Not just show it to him. He would wait on every person coming through with a purchase (it was a convenience store) and stop working on my check out. The truck was dirty; it had not been swept out. The wipers were ragged and wouldn't even clean off the morning dew. We had to use a rag. When the brake was applied the RPM's increased. I should receive a partial refund.Jeradi C.

If people you have working for you can't speak English to be understood and understand English clearly there should be someone on location that does. this is a reflection on U-Haul. Some of the poorest costumer service I have received.Danny H.

If you are comfortable doing a self check-in, then this location is good. When I dropped off my trailer, the store was open but there were no staff members working who knew how to handle a U-haul return. I had to do the return myself, on my phone. It wasn't really a big deal for me to do it, but if you aren't comfortable with phone technology (or if you don't have a smartphone/data plan), this might be trouble.Aaron R.

I have used U-haul many times without problems but this time it is still ongoing problems! Reserved a truck and owner of location called to say I couldn't get because they were closed. He was a foreigner and it took forever to finally understand what he was saying. Cancelled truck like he said then called U-haul for another truck and surprise, I got another foreigner who could not understand what I was wanting. Finally got through to management and got the truck with mobile pick-up. When I returned the truck, the miles were double what I actually drove. On mobile check-in it asks you to verify information and if there were questions to click a certain spot and a representative would get back to me within 48 hours. They did not. Days later I received the invoice and they were charging me for the double miles. Called customer service and they were to have someone call me back within 3 business days. They still have not. Don't know what has changed, but service is terrible. Perhaps that's also why I can't find any U-haul locations in my town when there used to be 3 or 4.Scott H.

There seemed to be a feeling of mistrust from the employees. One person stood at the back of the facility and stared at us the whole time we were. They spoke very broken English and were difficult to understand. They did not thank us for doing business with them and we felt that they really didn't care whether we did business with them or not.Jerry S.

Train your people better at the pick-up locations. Save your customers time doing the preregistration on line. Your pick up location don't know/won't use it. This is the second time I have taken the time to complete it on line, only to do it all over at the pick-up location. The trailer that I picked up ( only one in the size I wanted) was returned the night before, and the clerk had no idea how to check it in so I could take it. When you are on a short time window any hiccups are frustrating.STEPHEN J.

Understaffed, so took a while to check in and then there was confusion regarding my invoice; ended up with 2 people from the Dairy Queen helping the check out clerk get things settled.john H.
Employee could not understand English, was not able to assist me in getting a ball for my hitch so had to make an trip to a store to make the purchase. Upon my return, I waited nearly 30 minutes behind others customers to sign my paperwork that took about 5 seconds. Will never return to this location.David H.
