Darvel Y | Overall ExperienceIf someone moves out early they should be pro rated for the time not used if a person removes their belongings and lock early it is still thiers till the last day of contract unless stated in the contract for such things or they notify your facility that they are moved out.Assuming is not good business practice and can causes issues with coustomers.
Ralph J | Overall ExperienceI had this unit for a friend who was over seas in the military, he just got back so we went and got his stuff all out, it was April 5, 5 days into the month I asked for pro rate because I paid gor the whole month already, I was told no when I've been prorated other times in past with other unit, I rent alot of machinery for my business like 50k-110k machinery and I always get prorated for rental that I didn't use! Not a happy customer!

On Saturday, move out day, I contacted them to let them know I would arrive at 3pm to move out ; 2 hrs before closing time. Things that day occurred that delayed me getting there on time. At one point I called them to let them know I would be late for 3 pm. When I knew I was not going to get there by closing time I contacted them. The associate asked how late I would be. I told her I didnt know because I was stopped on the hi-way due to an accident ahead. I told her how far away I was and that if I hadn't been delayed by the accident ahead i would be 15 minutes late. After a short conversation..the associate said..it sounds like you need a break after the day you've had. Don't worry Mr Miller, ill be here when you arrive. Travel safely. Ill see you when you get here. I arrived 45 minutes after closing time. She was very pleasant and professional. She allowed me to take 45 minutes of her personal time to commit herself to superior customer service. I will recommend this storage facility any time I get the chance!
