Jamie RI can't think of anything. Everything went as well as could be expected. The folks in the office were super nice. The van was very clean and in great condition. The transactions, all around, were simple and easy. Not much to improve there.
Kimberly CI was told the trailer was to be picked up as of 11AM however the trailer was returned minutes before I showed up at 12. And it was dirty and smelled like garbage. Which there was a lot of garbage inside the trailer.

lyle lI’ve rented from this location several times - probably 5 minimum over the last 15 years. Always very professional, courteous and helpful. No issues with any of the equipment. My only “minor” bit of constructive criticism would be on the moving blankets. I usually ask for a couple extra from what I may need so this last time was zero impact on my move. It sounds like blankets can be scarce but if someone makes a reservation a week or more in advance and is expecting a certain amount that should be as important as any of the reserved equipment etc. -There may be other blanket verbiage that can hinder you getting what you asked so this isn’t a complaint - just commenting etc.. I would definitely recommend them for your rental needs. Thank you.

Ricky Mthe pickup was not cleaned. it had a smoker in it prior to my rental. there were empty cigarette packs the cab and a carton in the bed. it stunk of cigarette smoke. the windscreen was dirty inside and outside. the people inside did not seem to care when I told them about the pickup conditions. I will not return to this U Haul site.

Candace PRandom rec , but…the concrete parking stoppers/bumps along the west side of the building could stand to be painted so that they stand out from the concrete parking lot. I have a visual deficit re: depth perception and didn’t see the parking stopper and broke my toe. Even still, 5⭐️ : ) This was my first time to PU a “contactless” U-HAUL and the experience was seamless.

SulJaJ MBTA was great and on top of things. I dropped the tow dolly off at their location in Terrell after hours, by the time I called the next morning I was already checked in and an email sent. ROCKWALL location was friendly and promptly checked me in. No complaints. A previous drop off point in Terrell would not let me drop off the tow dolly, but did direct me to BTA which was down the road

Lonnie BThe location was great. The people too. The issue is the U-Haul app. I scheduled online (never again), and paid . After getting an initial confirmation email, I got 6 texts all changing my pickup location and pickup time. I actually got a phone call from U-Haul asking why I hadn’t picked up my trailer - 2 days before the scheduled date? It was very confusing as to where I was to pick up my trailer and when….definitely not where or time in my original confirmation. Then to make things waaayyy worse, when I got to BTA it took them 15 minutes to sign me in even though I had used the web…the “system” needs lots of work. Again, good place, people and trailer….but, terrible software application..

Leonard LI rented the 6ftx12ft trailer and the added automatic electric brakes felt really weird while driving with no weight in the trailer. The U-Haul dealership told me it will drive better once it is loaded up but all I was moving was a large dining room table so the trailer felt terrible in both directions! Everything else went well.

Danny SSigns say to drop off equipment on the left of the location but they wanted the equipment on the right side. We had to back up a trailer in a tight area to return it on the side opposite of the signage.

Joseph HI had a reservation to pick up my truck after hours and had some difficulty because both online and on the app there wasn't an option to start the process to "pick up my truck". I called customer service and he was able to help me, and I had no problems after that, but that initially was frustrating. I think that's more of an issue with the system overall and not this location in particular. Even the customer service rep was confused why the option wasnt there. But this location was great! Very nice and helpful.
Amber JFront end on truck has a major wobble/vibration. Black dog hair was on all seats. Did not take picture but when I got it the gas was not at a 1/4. I returned it at same level I got it and was charged a fee and 3 gallons of gas.

My only feedback is that it was disappointing to not get a monthly invoice or receipt of payment stub. I got the first 3 months and got the move out last invoice yesterday, so I know it wasn't my email rejecting. I did call a few times asking for this to be fixed but it never seemed to happen. I would find out from my CC statement of the every 5-6mth price increase. That was frustrating. I would 100% recommend your facility but I would be sure to caveat with the expectation of what you are originally quoted will continue to climb the longer you are there. From a marketing and retention/attrition perspective I'd of though it would have been reverse. Incentivize people to stay for the duration of there need. I'm sure you'll have to take that into consideration as more competition comes in. But again, your team was nice and the facility was clean so I appreciated the quality! Thks!
