Amber RobinsonThe location is fine, but when I went back to take the trailer back (which is very heavy to load and unload and there is no jack on it to lift it from your truck) there was no one there to help me get it off my truck, I did finally pick it up but it was very tough. There needs to by jacks on these trailers or someone that can help load these should be available to help.

William HartWhen a person reserves a trailer, uhaul should make sure what they wanted is at the location. They should not have to drive an hour away to pick it up. 😡 I didn’t drive, I just got a smaller trailer. If I had another option, I would not use uhaul. I am glad I don’t have to move my loved ones often.
Charles DavisLeave the trailers on some kind of stand or put a Jack on the hitch. They are to heavy to have to lift up to a hitch.

SAMUEL COLLINSIf you’re gonna test try to our lights test them on multiple trailers before you send somebody off thanking that the other trailer lights aren’t working I’ve got videos of the torn up wire harness even though they swapped out two of the ones going from the trailer to the truck But nobody ever looked at the one on the trailer itself so I went back after hours after I went do the test on Mac trailer rights and AutoZone wasting money again buying a tester 20 something dollars and said everything was fine so I went back and looked at the trailer itself and found a problem Please call me at 601-754-0298
Steven ReedTruck was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Truck had been smoked in by previous renter. When I dropped it off using the U-Haul app and reported the truck needed to be cleaned, I got hit with a $25 cleaning fee. I do not understand why I have to pay for someone else’s dirtiness. Not happy!!!!

Con-One person can NOT pickup tongue of 6x12 trailer as it is to heavy. Pro- Trailer was clean and maintained. Pro-Person at pickup was very helpful with hookup.

William NettlesTruck bed was not cleaned out. A member of our family stepped on a broken sewing needle that was left in the truck sustaining a puncture wound through work shoes that required an urgent care visit.

John McBrideYour franchisees need to be more professional. The first place I went to drop off the trailer, Brookhaven Mini Storage, told me 2 things: 1) they would be open at 8:00am on Monday, Sept. 30th. (When I arrived, there was a sign in the door saying they would open at 2:30pm.), and 2) the person behind the counter told my that there was no refund of the prepaid extra days just because I brought the trailer back early. The would not issue the refund of the extra days.
