The box truck I rented was clean, but when it rained, water leaked into the cabin of the truck from the top of the windshield. I told the attendant when I returned the vehicle, and his response was, â€œl won't charge you for that.â€ There was clearly rust above the windshield on the outside of the truck where the water leaked in, so it was not something I did.Karl R.

Online pick up was the worst experience I've had. Constant loss of connections (not due to my loss of signal; other webpages+apps were working), error loading pages in the APP and web portal, plus issues with the photo identification. I will NEVER use the online pick up option again.Marek T.

Both employees that I felt with were extremely helpful. My only complaint is that the sliding door of the truck broke and tou could tell it's been broken before and not fixed properly.Amanda R.
Truck was a little dirty inside. Online pickup was a hassle so we ended up having to go inside the gas station to complete the reservation and pickup process, which took considerably more time than we expected. Location is convenient though and ultimately we got what we needed and priced as quoted.David T.

The reservation system is messed up. They are open on Saturday until 8 or 9, but if you book for 24 hours on Friday for anytime after about 6:30 it forces it to a return on Sunday morning and charges you for two days instead of 1. The information filled out in advance didn't transfer. It was just a long, difficult pickup experience. The person working there was polite and helpful, but the reservation system is not working properly for this location. I have rented at least 20 times from other locations and never had this type of difficulty before.COLIN K.

I rent them alit never used this location. She kept taking gas station customers and having me wait. I understand but I'm on a time schedule too so cannot wait all day. She also charged me for insurance when I declined it always do so spent more than I like.vicki G.

First of all, I did not realize that the 10 foot trucks do not come with ramps. This made the move very difficult. In addition, I ordered furniture protectors, a dolly and a furniture cart. This location did not have any of those items. I would definitely not recommend this site to a friend as I would not want them left without needed items for moving someone. On a positive note, the person at the station who assisted me was very kind.Heidi K.

Unit was dirty inside.. sadly we arrived back 1 hour late due to an accident blocking the road for over 45 minutes, which I explained.. and was charged for an entire day extra.. the person checking us in had us back the truck into their small lot which while attempting to back up 2 employees started moving their cars around the truck making it even more difficult for someone not used to backing up a 26ft truck.Michelle J.

The website made the contactless option very painful. Site kept timing out. Had to upload pictures multiple times. It was very frustrating. Took almost 30 minutes to pick up truck and same for returning because the site has so many time outs. Will use person next time.Jordan D.

The truck I received did not have working tail lights and head lights barely visible. When I dropped off the truck I explained what was wrong. The 2 people working went out to look and was pressing the brake pedal... Said the lights work fine. I had to explain to them that those are BRAKE lights! Never againAl M.

This particular truck needs a transmission or something. It was awful to drive. While i personally cleaned out/swept the truck (we had a pit fall over and leaves), the attendant informed it wasn't â€œclean.â€ It was in the same condition it had been picked up in and frankly i took the $25 fee because i was exhausted from two days of moving, but her attitude was horrible. There was no dirt, no leaves. I used an industrial broom. If it had been my first time renting from that location and from her, I would not from there again.Naimi S.

location was fine. My complaint is with the phone app. time consuming, and when I returned the truck I had to ask the person at the location to complete the return process. The app wouldn't get a clear enough pic of the odometer. Tried over and over. Luckily someone was there and was very nice about helping me out.steve V.

Trailer tire air pressure was extremely low which I didn't discover until driving 30 miles on the highway. Tire was wearing heavy on the outside treads . After topping off air pressure I made the stressful decision to press on with the move . We made it but it caused much anxiety being in the highway with a damaged tire and no spare . Also , I was charged $ 20 for an after hours drop off. No one told me of this charge even though I told them I would have to drop off after hours . Not late , but after gas station closed . This charge makes zero sense since I had to hook off and drop off unassisted at this locationPAUL S.

Though the UHaul truck was cleaned and returned in the same way it was taken, they charged additional cleaning fee. The person who verified the truck while returning, did not say anything. There is an additional charge on the card after couple of days and they say the truck is not cleaned. The only things we moved was Beds and Couches. I received the worst service ever. I drove an hour to my original location for them to tell me they don't have a truck, I get a call 5 hours later to go to another location in north field, once I get there they tell me they don't have a truck, then I go to the last location and they do have a truck. Me and my family were moving from Ohio to Myrtle beach and you caused us to have a 6 hour delay and much wasted time. Very disappointed and I'll never use uhaul again! This is not an issue with the Bailey location but an issue with unadulterated overall and there customer servicepHILLIP D.

Hello U-Haul. When I brought the vehicle back after having used it for only 10 miles, the lady told me I needed to put 10 gallons 6f gas in the tank to bring it up to what it was. After putting 7.6 gallons in, and seeing that the gas gauge was way over where it was when I got it, i told them I needed a refund. They said that is not their problem, that that I needed to talk to you. So for all the inconvenience and bad service, in my opinion, I need at least a full refund of the gas - $23.59. Thank you.
