They were fantastic to deal with! Denise helped me with the reservation along the way and the guys at the desk were great when I arrived to pick up the truck. Would highly recommend them!

App would not work, by some grace of god I finally got into the return truck process instead of it refreshing. The main issue after was that pictures would not upload, especially on the photos of the truck page, uploading more than one would clear all of them. Truly an awful app experience

Andrew MelmanHad a reservation for 10AM but did not receive the truck until 10:40, which cut into the moving time when I only needed the truck for 75 minutes. U-Haul personnel were awesome at customer service, very helpful and snow removal caused a slight delay (5 minutes) but with only one other customer on site it seemed a little unorganized that they didn't go to get the truck from an off-site location until after I was there for 15 minutes. Still happy with my rental, cost and service.

LEONARD WOLFImprove the ambiance of the U-Haul location in Bala Cynwyd. I have used this location twice as it is the closest to me. It just feels like I am engaging in some nefarious activity when I am only renting a van to help a family member move.

Steven ZackTraffic on Belmont Ave backs up past Bala Motorsports, making it difficult to get into or out of this location. There is minimal parking available at this site, and because two towing vehicles were parked in front of the building, I had barely any room to park the U-Haul truck, barely avoiding other vehicles and objects. There was no room for the vehicle that was picking me up. Most customers would find this too stressful.

Christopher MenenI rented a 10' truck. The ignition switch was broken (I was unable to turn the key from the lock position - I had to leave it in ACC for the duration of the rental). The parking brake stuck - I was able to smell it burning. Equipment needs to be inspected between rentals!

There were some items left in the truck from a previous customer and there was almost no gas… couldn’t even make it less than five miles to my home! Literally it was chugging.. not a quarter tank like I was told. Otherwise, it was ok. Got the job done.
Jennifer ButlerTruck was returned after hours. They did not reconcile the final invoice until the following day. I drove the truck a total of 19 miles but they charged me for 29 miles. Thats an extra $20. I don’t like when business swindle their customers.

Jeffrey RosedaleHave a serious conversation and training with this dealer/location to help them understand that they “also” represent the U-Haul brand as much as they do their primary business and that this experience and sounding aggravated when called to check on final billing is not representing the U-Haul brand in the manner that continuing U-Haul customers would expect - especially when the hit charge that showed pending on my credit card dropped off and my concern was that he wasn’t going to get paid for the transaction.

Robert MorgensternThe price quote tool online is misleading. I put in an estimated distance of 75 miles and it showed a quote for 75 X $1.09 per mile + $19.95. I drove approximately 75 miles and was charged for the per mile rate X 100. If the charge is the same for 100 miles as it is for 75, then a different rate for 75 miles should not be advertised. It is false advertising.
Corey StubanasIt was transactional and the mechanics did their job. This is an automotive garage and there is limited parking and no crosswalks. I wouldn't send my Mom or wife here to pick up.

Sunday morning I realized I left my drill on the passenger door handle. This location is closed on Sunday, I called Monday morning I said “good morning my name is Brooke I rented your 10’ truck Saturday and I left my drill on the passenger door. “ the person at the office said what do you want me to do then hong up. I called back and stated again “good morning my name is Brooke I rented your 10’ truck Saturday and I left my drill on the passenger door. “ the person on the other end started yelling said we throw away whatever is left in the truck after you return it. We charge for cleaning service. I replied I cleaned out the truck and just so happened left my drill did you guys already place the brand new drill in the trash and did the trash already get picked up. The person continued yelling said oh well you shouldn’t have left it.
