Took a while to find someone at this location, feels like a ghost town. The lady was not very friendly nor helpful. She couldn't send me a receipt when i returned what i rented, and she said she talked to someone from another office and they were gonna send me the receipt but i did not receive anything at all. Im very disappointed with this office, i've been a uhaul customer for years and i never encounter an office that disfunctional. I dont think she even spoke English because i would talk to her in English and she would ask me in Spanish for what i said? Fortunately i am bilingual but some people are not that fortunate.Lilia G.

Well for this location.. They should let the renter know where it's ok to do the drop off after hours. And there's no key drop box. Nothing was explained. The property had the gates locked. I called several times to customer service and they told me to wait till the a. M hoping i wouldn't get charged the another day. I feel for a 1st time renter it wouldn't be fair for me to drop of the truck at another more suitable uhaul location and be charged extra for doing so..just because this location locks their gates and dont have a drop box. I live 5 minutes away from this uhaul rental property.Ana C.

I spent a lot of time on the phone with the customer service representatitve when making this reservation because I was unsure of my need for a one-way or return to the same location rental. I was assured I could change the reservation if my needs changed. I understood that I would be charged the one-way rate if I changed my original reservation. I was extremely disappointed when I tried to make the change on Friday that this was not the case and I was charged an extremely unfair amount for the rental. Your cutomer service reps were inflexible and I will not make this mistake of renting through UHaul again.JERRY S.

poor follow up on processing papper work rental was dropped off same day at 8pm central time and all papper work left in drop box but was not processed til the 14th it was dropped of the 12 th. I am still waiting on the finalized bill the e mail I was sent has a zero dollar amount.HECTOR V.
