Nobody was there during business hours. Knocked and made phone call. No response. Had to call some other UHaul number and told them I was just leaving it without checking in. Trash/debris laying around lot and building. Not a professional appearance overall.Jonathan R.

I dropped the trailer off on Sunday when the store was closed, so I did not interact with any personnel. The 6x12 trailer was quite heavy and there was nothing to rest the trailer on, and I was afraid I would drop it. I took a Halloween decorative box and used that to rest the trailer tongue on. It would be helpful in the future to give instructions as to how a heavy trailer should be left after hours. The building and site looked to be in disrepair from the outside. Given these, I would not recommend this particular U-Haul.JENNIFER H.

This was a drop off location. It was to close at 5 according to web information and what was posted on the door. I called about 4:45 to say I was about 4 mi s away and unloading and would be done to drop off about 5:05 if they could wait on me but no answer. Called again at 5:53 when I was on the way.KIMBERLY C.

I am due a refund of $10.00 for Furniture Pads (12) which I did not request nor receive which can be verified by Gianni Gibbs, General Manager, at the 101 63rd St Office where I had to pick up dollies from after picking up truck, which was dirty as I could barely see out the windows, at 6901 Center St, Bales Online Auctions, where I dropped truck off and dollies (2) on back of truck as there was no one at this location at 1:45 pm today.Mary M.
