Awful experience! We arrived on time, it took 40 minutes for us to walk out the door with the keys. We were given no receipt or price estimation. The truck cab was dirty, garbage on the floor. The back was dirty, everything that touched the floor came out dirty. I paid for furniture pads and there were none. When we returned the truck, again it took a very long time, and we were not given a receipt. In fact, we were told that he couldn't "return" the truck because he just checked it out to us, so he would have to do it later that afternoon.The time on the receipt for pick up is actually our retnrn time, and the return time is listed as an hour or two later. Thankfully we were only charged once even though he processed it several times.Sarah M.

Store hours are difficult, had to drop the truck off and then bring the key back the next day during business hours. If they had a key drop-off box, it would change my review for sure!Kareem G.

I was told I would be able to do contactless pick up. When I got there, I was able to check in online. I had to give my drivers license information and my payment information. Everytime I had to go to the next page on the website, the page would not load and I would have to do it. It took me 10 minutes just to get through the online check in process. Then once I finished, a guy from the shop came and told us we have to come inside to check in. We had redo that whole check in process and it took another 15 minutes with him to get us checked in and get the keys.Tyler H.

I picked up the uhaul And it was leaking so bad, I have video of it. I spend $60 on gas on multiple stops for just 50 miles. Customer service did not answer and it was terrible and dangerous situation.ZIA O.
