kelly gLocation was great no changes needed. Uhaul, was not allowed to return trailer on a Saturday, only needed the trailer for 24 hours, but ended up having to pay for 3 days, a unnecessary expense, nice that this service is available but i feel that things need to be more transparent such as one way drop off fees
JASON MMy issue was I would've preference the uhaul truck on Sunday. The office is always closed on the weekend. Which is very inconvenient for most people that need to move on weekends.

Jocelyne PShould have debit. Should be able to pay in two forms, ie half debit, half credit. This isnt new alien technology people do this at the grocery store, car dealerships, hell you can even pay with three formats at once at mcdonalds. Due to this, my credit card was dinged for a charge above its limit(this damages your credit). The truck was fine equipment was fine nothing wrong there, but for god sakes get a debit machine, there is 0 excuse, even hobos/vagrants/panhandlers in toronto take interac(and im not joking).
Robert PIt was unsure if I would even have a truck since they rented it an extra day to previous customers. The site said I could pick up at 7 but they don’t open til 9 and truck wasn’t there till 8:30. The truck wasn’t moved from its drop off position, but apparently they had checked the oil and tire pressure. I find this hard to believe. Had very little fuel. Trucks should come back full and go out full.

Peter Pshit service all the way around from u haul fucking up my reservation. Then i had to deal with a husband and wife combo that gave nothing but attitude because u-haul never informed them that i was coming on a Saturday when they were closed. I had to weight for the wife to finish her shopping get back to the place of business as the husband did nothing but bitch to me about the services from u-haul. i live 45 mints away from Kapuskasing was apposed to pick up my u-haul Saturday at 8am i did not get back to my home town with the u-Haul till 2:30pm because of all the fuck ups and the slow ass grumpy people that did not want to do there job properly. Plus I had to pay the moving crew 250.00$ as they sate around waiting for me to return with something to move with. BAD BAD BAD Service.

cam bThe UHaul website itself needs to be streamlined and updated: My trip was a one-way, but there was no option for me to choose one way trip. Additionally, the UHaul truck guarantee policy is not clear as it is stated on the site. It should clearly state, if the dealer does not provide a truck of the requested size or greater size, then you will be given $50. Understand that a larger truck is a big inconvenience.

JEAN-MARC VMy problem isn't with the front line service. The front line service was wonderful. My issue is your business model. When a customer reserves an item, they expect to receive the item. They also expect to receive the item on the date it was reserved for, without compromise and without having to flounder around in order to make other plans, nor do they expect to drive approximately 1,000 Kilometres to said item, the item should be able to be received in the city it was booked in, or alternatively, have the item delivered. Your company, generally speaking, is deplorable and I don't understand how you're still in business. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and would strongly argue in favor of another company, any company but Uhaul.
James MI was told i was charged hourly and i returned the UHaul way before it was due to return but was still charged for the full amount of time it was reserved! This is false advertisement but nothing anyone can do! I suggest you stop telling people it’s charge hourly if it isn’t!!!!!!!!
marielle bI booked a 6 x 12 and was given a 5 x 8 I brought it home to measure and it wasn’t big enough. Still got charged 1 day rent! For an hour. Not impressed with u haul.

william bThis location went above and beyond in their reception, set-up and general friendly, welcoming manner. Probably one of the best dealers I have ever dealt with. The equipment was clean and well maintained, making it enjoyable to use. Moving is one of the most stressful things to do, yet the service and equipment took the stress away.
