Nobody was there when I went to pick up, had to call 2 different contacts to get the proper assistance. They modified my reservation for mobile pick up and said someone was suppose to be there based on their system. I unlocked the lock box and found NO key. I was in a major time crunch and by luck of chance a tow truck driver happened to be coming by for something at the builiding and unlocked the big lock box for me and was able to find the key. On top of that the driver door doesn’t close/seal completely and was blasted with loud winds while driving. No service what so ever. I’m thankful for Diana’s assistance from the call center.
