Arrived to pickup equipment at 8 am as scheduled but no one showed up to open until 8:30 am. Somewhat disorganized in getting customers their equipment.
Al LFix the app. There were two other people doing after hours drop offs and each one had different issues using that portion of the app.

Carl ENo doilies available with no contact from store ahead of time regarding this. Submitting forms in U-Haul app was slow and unresponsive.
Joseph AKeep up better maintenance on the U-HAUL Trucks. Our truck's alignment was horribly off and was pulling heavily to the right. That can be hazardous for anyone moving heavy loads on the highway. The inside was extremely dusty and needed cleaning.

Raymond MThis is the second time I preorder a trailer and the day of pickup they don’t have what I ordered so they send me to a vendor which is a horrible experience unclean run down facilities twice this happened to me. U-Haul should be ashamed of themselves for allowing the vendors they have with no good computer equipment no printers just sad.. I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone because of this!!!!!!!!

Dorothy SOne man operation, I arrived early and being another customer was there. I had to wait, computer is outdated and slow. Again, One man operation, he tries but he is only one person. Facility is in need of repairs and updating.
Gregory ZWhen I walked in the gentleman acted as if I was bothering him when I asked a question. A Caucasian came in when I was walking out, he became extremely pleasant. Just not right! Won’t rent from them again.

Tim PThe Lady that owns that location came we let her know I had made online reservations for 1130am to pick up I got there 1125am. She replied I’m closed I said we just made the reservation and was told you was open. She said I don’t work for U-Haul this is my business and I’m closed very rudely. I told my son get in the car I was going to call the 1800 number and I told as a business owner she was unprofessional and got in my car. she comes to my window knocks and says I can do it. That was the only one in the area for that day and because I needed to move I went ahead and got it but I will not be doing business again.
danrica sHarold almost backed the truck into our car with myself and our 1 year old in it. He didn’t even look up or notice my car there THE ENTIRE TIME. And his response to our being upset was “oh” and he walked away from us. This was after we found out we were being charged an extra $100 because we couldn’t return the truck after hours and had to wait until the next day. UNBELIEVABLE.

Paul BUHAUL sent me to 3 different locations to pick up a truck because each location didn’t have my truck. It took me 100 miles round trip, and $400 extra dollars in movers fees since they had to wait almost 4 hours at my house while I went on a wild goose chase to get a truck I had reservations for for two weeks. I’m extremely dissatisfied.

Webster MEasy to get there, easy returns. Equipment was exactly as requested and cost was spot on. I would absolutely use this location again (Pinhook)
Michael ROn the phone I told the guy exactly everything I had to be moved, he tells me the truck he put me down for was going to be perfect. No it was a lot smaller than perceived and there was no way an entire house of furniture was going to fit without making 10 trips.
