Wahdeen DTruck should have been checked thoroughly. After renting and leaving, found out back gate was secured by lock and no key was available. Had to come back to Rental property where they had to cut off lock, before I proceeded, wasting rental time, and mileage. 800 U Haul credited me 20 miles. Renter could not find my destination in his computer and left that spot blank. When I arrived at drop off they were not expecting me and could not close out account without help, again, from 800 U Haul. Totally was not a good experience, this day.

BRITTANY ONot enough room in the parking lot for all the trucks; slot in door is not labeled as U-Haul key return, and doesn’t match photographs on your website. Also a coke bottle was leftover in the passenger side door from previous user; photos before rental did not show a small slit in driver side seat so I had hit based on photos truck was in condition described, when in fact I am now afraid I will be charged for this tiny defect which I did not cause. Otherwise, pickup and return were both clunky and lengthy, but ultimately we got the job done.

Mark YA good starting point is to be transparent in pricing when it comes to damage waiver and environmental fee. Online is cheaper than in person. When i saw that in person i thought immediately this guy is just a scammer. But i needed the truck. Secondly, the individual at the desk added two extra miles which is only $2 dollars more. The way he went about it and didnt let me know just proves my first point that he is sleazy with customers money. After that, he tried to mention i brought it back with a half of tank which was false. My total mileage was around 118, please show me a vehicle that was given to me full and then driven 118miles will bring it to half a tank. I rate this location a thumbs down and would encourage friends and strangers to stay far away unless you feel like getting finessed with tour money.
Michael JLock where the keys of truck were secured was not in good condition, it took more than 45 mins to take the keys out, which caused confusion with my reservation and had hard time returning the equipment.
Rajeshkumar SWe never received the furniture dolly which we paid for. It took us nearly an hour to get the key out of the lock box.. the Mobile app is horrible. it was asking for things we didn't have on us, such as passport, apt. lease, etc. We had to call 2 friends to verify it was us when we sent over copies of our license. we had to give them all this info about us through the phone. and then sometimes there were glitches in the app and it took us back to beginning. VERY Frustraing. NEVER use a mobile app. find a truck at a place that is open on Sundays.

edmond mHorrible service. Owner told me that this was not his main business; he didn’t have the right truck ready, nor any of the equipment I’d rented. He basically told me to call UHaul to figure it out & that if I was going to take too long that he would close down the office & leave me outside w/no truck rental. Absolutely terrible.

Andrea KThe after hours drop off link does not work well, it could not locate me when I was in the parking lot of the drop off location. I had to call the general U-Haul number and then wait for a call back. Not convenient after a full day of moving furniture to a new location.

Brian RManager was great and explained the rental terms and conditions. Offered the additional insurance and reviewed everything promptly and professionally. We had a Sunday return and everything went perfectly. Only downside to this location is the shape of the parking lot and it's tough to get the larger trucks out of the back lot and onto the highway. But staff was fantastic and the equipment was well maintained.
Dennis LHe doesn’t talk nice to customer. You don’t yell at customer for not returning truck before time even though time was extended over phone and again calling customer care.

mike cThe truck I was supposed to get had a non working overhead door. When I asked the attendant if he had another truck he said no. He called someone named Dawn to figure out how to refund me and she told him to give me the other truck. My pick up took about 45 minutes instead of the 15 I had anticipated.
DENISE BWhen we arrived, the guy was on phone in another room, quite boisterous and we're waited for awhile for him to finish his phone conversation. He did indicate that someone at uhaul screwed up and lied to us as we had to drive from Trenton to Raritan- wasted half the day. Problem was the truck was returned with empty gas tank and we had to immediately go find a gas station. We were told how the people returning the truck we fined heavily but there was no remuneration for us just another waste of our time to get the truck to the house to start loading.
