Self check out was a total disaster, the app is not intuitive and kept getting into an endless loop. The owner was not on site and did not have a phone number posted, fortunately the man who owns the antiques store next-door, knows the owner and called them. It took 45 minutes to get checked out and it was only possible because the owner answered the phone. I would not have been able to get my rental vehicle if not for that. It’s not the location owners fault that the app is no good, but since that is the only way to check out, it has to be a part of my rating for the entire location.

I was unsure of exactly where to leave the trailer. After attempting to park it with others on the property and almost getting stuck in the mud/lawn I parked it on the opposite side of the building.

Eugene RBEWARE!!!! Switch and bait was used here. I was given 1 price of $60 then charged $170 because it was dropped off at another location. I was not informed of this increase when I called to make the reservation or when I was on-line. NEVER AGAIN! Sadly, we were not the only people this happened to. Bargain Barn was extremely helpful! This is UHAUL's Problem, not the locations.
