Ordered truck with dolly's and pads, wasnt in the truck. Then they call to rush me telling me the person is there waiting. I rushed to get it there only to get hit with a gas charge, and the customer service rep telling me that the items were there but only when you pick up the truck at office hours. Money was refunded for the items not present but not for the gas charge.Poor service. Poor response.Garry H.

Trying to finalize the check in was very stressful due to the system kept going down. Service was great.Kelly J.
When I rented on line it asked for estimated time I needed it. I choose 6 hrs. I used 6.5 and was charged double for everything. If I would have picked an estimated of 8 hours I would have only been charged the single cost. In addition, I asked for both a utility and furniture dolly. I only got one, and was not notified they didn't have a furniture dolly. I was also charged for both of them. If they don't fix the double charge, I'm calling my lawyer and notify the local new of the Scam.Jenny J.

The location and local staff were great. The reservation system and the bait and switch on almost everything is what is lacking. Your website cannot provide real-time inventory availability. When you lack the technical skills or systems in place to do this, you schedule based on what you think inventory is which is garbage.Kyle W.
