The truck had very little gas. Needed servicing. Ran very rough .very hard to shut drivers door due to all the damage. Had to turn it in early and ask friends to help me finish with their trucks.

The truck provided was in such poor condition you should be embarrassed you have that vehicle on the road. Obviously when someone damages a truck you pocket the insurance money because you sure don’t repair your equipment with it. Very poor experience. Shameful.

Greg BDriver side of the cab had a large dent in the fender. This did make the door difficult to close. The speaker system was not working correctly either. The trucks are built for long trips. It would be nice to be able to have properly functional entertainment.
CHARLES GBetter train the initial customer service young people. I started on 02.27.2024 to book a truck for 03.01.2024(moving date) but unfortunately U-Haul kept changing the location & in the end, the time which caused a problem for my movers.

Mandy LI was expecting a drop box for the key to be located by the building, so I wasted time in the cold looking from 1 side of the large building to the other, only to find it on the far end of the parking lot on a pole by the u-hauls used to tow behind your vehicle.
