Hilary WWhen I dropped off the trailer I was told by Jim to park next to the truck when there are trucks all over the place so I had to ask which truck which seemed to annoy Jim somewhat... but I was finally shown by Jim which truck to park my trailer next to... that sort of thing. The other gentleman seemed more helpful although when I entered there was no one at the office for a while. Jim coukldn't find the motorcyle trailer that I dropped off, claimed that the UHaul office in Champaign made a mistake but accepted my return anyway. I had returned the truck and the tow dolly (car trailer) the day prior. Total returns=truck and two trailers.
ALEXANDER MAlthough I liked the flexibility of 24/7 pickup the sign in process was lengthy and not sure of why I had to go through the long process of taking pictures of IDs again and provide additional contacts - I thought that was purpose of checking in in advance. So if anything could be reduced from a time standpoint that would be great. But everything else was great!!
April SWas never told I could go over mileage after dropping $130 on a 1 studio apt uhaul. Only took it 50 miles or so and got charged for that bullshit. Not to mention it’s impossible to get the gas exactly where it needs to be without paying extra. So I get 2 bullshit charges. Never using yall again

Marcus NThis location did NOT have the Utility dolly nor the moving blankets that I prepaid for. UHaul shouldn't sell these items in advance if the pickup location cannot provide them.

ramon gTerrible customer service or support. Interaction with customers is substandard. The over all attitude of this man and woman team where I picked up the auto transport (2025 E. Saginaw Street, East Lansing, Michigan 48823), they were going out of their way to assist me. They were clearly annoyed I was there, giving them business. I would not recommend this UHaul location to my worse enemy.

Larry ANo comment. Not Minnesota nice. An employee walked by while we were waiting and I said morning and he totally ignored me. Rude and unfriendly. The agent that took the keys he was friendly and he was engaging.
Maribel KPick up and drop off were both easy! Registering online ahead of time makes this process very efficient. Rates seem very reasonable to me.

Chanae HI dont ever leave feed back but this was the worst trying to rent from you. Not the location. The corporate Uhaul. I was put on a E alert do not rent to me cause the last time I rented from you I was a tad late bringing it back. I didn't even owe money and was put on that list. Had to call corporate and wait and wait and run in circles just so I can rent a tow dolly to tow my car and was quite a bit late getting back to work and docked hours and lost money all because I was a little late returning something. I rent from you guys quite a bit and just one late return outta all the times I rented equipment from you and was put on some DO NOT RENT TO ME list. I would understand if I owed you money. It was embarrassing and humiliating anyway this is definitely the last time I ever rent a piece of equipment from you ever again. 1 Lost customer. Thanks
Chris MGreat on both ends covid and the internet has made this renting a truck a breeze.. When are driverless trucks coming to u haul? thanks will be renting every 2 weeks same thing. Any discounts with great feedback for u haul will be reciprocated. thanks Joe Adcock

Robbie CStaff was very nice & helpful but my vehicle was not available at the time promised on the confirmation email. Wasn’t a huge inconvenience-but it wasn’t great either. Good value overall however-much less than Hertz would have been for my move.
MARK DI was not greeted in a friendly manner. And was not given clear instructions on how to release the trailer from the hitch when returning. It took me an hour to get the trailer unhitched and they are not available on Sunday when I was scheduled to return. There was no emergency phone number or anyone available so I had to flag down a passerby to help.
Willow RIt is hard to find. There are many UHaul locations in the area and I would recommend others. The personnel was very helpful though.
RITWICK GThe truck ran and operated perfect. Although i feel the MPG gauge is a joke! This is simply a tactic to keep renters from doing 70mph on the freeway. But all in all everything went smooth as could be.
