This location was a little out of my way, but they added the extra km so it eas all good! I could not use the app as it would not puck up my location. So I called the help number that was provided and was good to go. The people I talked to were so helpful and polite, such a great experience!

Uhaul needs shuttle drivers so that when you've booked a trailer in advance it will be available.

Kata G.Hours stated they were open, had to wait for someone to come. They couldn't accept split payment of cash and debit so had to pay full cash, which then meant I had to leave a deposit, which I wasn't told ahead of time. Lastly we found the attendant to be racist and annoyed that we were indigenous and using a tax exempt. Better training should be provided for Uhaul staff and staff should be vetted to ensure racism stays out of their business. Extremely disappointed. Will not use this location ever again.
Karen G.No where to refuel vehicle had to go over our mileage to refuel and charged extra for the mileage to refuel. Perhaps some accommodation should be made in mileage if no gas stations are available for 20 km and you must travel both ways to refuel and return vehicle. No other return location available other than one farther away

Paul S.You need to have a drop off in Owen Sound ,as chatsworth is 15 km south . An the location is just a spot on the side of the highway , they say they are open till 5 an not a person around.

Raymond L.Very unorganized communication, pick up was originally set to be in Collingwood, at no point were we informed that they downgraded out rental size and changed our pickup location to be an hour away in chatsworth. Upon pick up we were greeted with the most unorganized rep possible, she did not know how the system worked and kept trying to adjust our rate. Then comes more confusion as to where we have to return the UHAL, when we called the chatsworth location she was very rude right away. This overall has been a very confusing and complicated rental experience and we will not be using these services again.

Rosario L.The lady at the pickup location was awsome and very nice. But u hauls equipement was sub par. I noticed a few things to be alarming upon my pickup inspection. Noticably one wheel strap was frayed and in the transportation industry that makes the strap ILLEGAL. I also noticed one of the strap buckles was broken and we also had to tye the ramp up as it was missing the locking pin on one side plus the one on the otherside was about to fall out. I decided to use it anyway and put an extra strap on for backup, as soon as i returned it the lady put a call in for repair. The pickup was great but i feel uhaul in general doesnt frequently enough service these units its more left to when it breaks we fix. I wasnt overly satisfied with the quality if the unit.

Andrew T.AWFUL experience with UHaul. Booked my reservation on July 2 for July 23 from Toronto to Chatsworth. Found out on July 22 that my reservation was changed to a much shorter truck from PETERBOROUGH to Chatsworth. It would have been impossible. Customer service told me I was contacted via phone and my voicemail box was full, but went ahead and changed my reservation without even an email. In 2021 people are best contact via text and/or email, saying the voicemail box is full is archaic and NOT an adequate excuse for "notifying" the customer. Ended up paying way more than initially expected, as we had to rent TWO trucks to make up for space, and customer service would not match the initial price. AWFUL experience with scheduling managers, who seem to have no empathy for people making a HUGE change and relying on moving trucks to make a big move. Thankfully the UHaul people on location were extremely kind. Can't say that about the scheduling managers over the phone lines.
Caitlin C.Tire was flat at location, pickup time was 10:30am by the time service truck was done was around 3pm. For locations that are isolated for the love of God make some backup plans and have extra stock.
