The lady at the pickup location was awsome and very nice. But u hauls equipement was sub par. I noticed a few things to be alarming upon my pickup inspection. Noticably one wheel strap was frayed and in the transportation industry that makes the strap ILLEGAL. I also noticed one of the strap buckles was broken and we also had to tye the ramp up as it was missing the locking pin on one side plus the one on the otherside was about to fall out. I decided to use it anyway and put an extra strap on for backup, as soon as i returned it the lady put a call in for repair. The pickup was great but i feel uhaul in general doesnt frequently enough service these units its more left to when it breaks we fix. I wasnt overly satisfied with the quality if the unit.GLENNALLEN W.
Still waiting for an actual receipt that I was told would be emailed to me. Need to submit to workplace for reimbursement. Also took over 45 mins to do computer rental while at location, renter seemed pretty confused. Please send receipt ASAP !!Andrew T.
AWFUL experience with UHaul. Booked my reservation on July 2 for July 23 from Toronto to Chatsworth. Found out on July 22 that my reservation was changed to a much shorter truck from PETERBOROUGH to Chatsworth. It would have been impossible. Customer service told me I was contacted via phone and my voicemail box was full, but went ahead and changed my reservation without even an email. In 2021 people are best contact via text and/or email, saying the voicemail box is full is archaic and NOT an adequate excuse for "notifying" the customer. Ended up paying way more than initially expected, as we had to rent TWO trucks to make up for space, and customer service would not match the initial price. AWFUL experience with scheduling managers, who seem to have no empathy for people making a HUGE change and relying on moving trucks to make a big move. Thankfully the UHaul people on location were extremely kind. Can't say that about the scheduling managers over the phone lines.Caitlin C.

Tire was flat at location, pickup time was 10:30am by the time service truck was done was around 3pm. For locations that are isolated for the love of God make some backup plans and have extra stock.Dillen M.
