Gina TTruck was clean and staff at location were very friendly and helpful. The problem was that the truck had very poor tires on driver side dual wheels in rear. Zero tread...smooth. Ultimately, the tires blew out on highway, nearly causing an accident. This is border line negligence.

Skip ANext time I rent a truck I will use ONLY this location and avoid your regular U-Haul centers This experience was flawless. Had the truck I rented, had the equipment I rented, were courteous and efficient. Return was same. The last place I rented was a U-Haul center and it didn't even have the truck I rented. I had to go to another service center and when I returned the truck the guy insisted I pay for 5 gallons of gas for my total of 18 mile trip. This last experience saved your reputation. I will still not recommend your regular service centers.

Christina MGas tank was nearly empty. Check-in was a massive pain with all the extra verification it was asking for. It would not let me use my phone number for my pick up so I had to use someone else’s number. The location barely had enough room for the 6 trucks so I had to pull it into an extremely tight spot. The attendant at the location was good though.

pawel dI made the truck reservation online and didn’t select the Safe Move coverage and after I picked up the truck, I got an email with the receipt reflecting the addition of this coverage which was added WITHOUT my consent; this is NOT right and not the way to do business!! Also, when the cashier was serving me, he stopped multiple times to serve other customers in parallel; this also NOT right!!

Luis RWhat you could do to improve for the next customer is to make sure the maintenance service lights are off before renting out vehicles. Otherwise, the experience returning the vehicle was excellent customer service.
Angelique BIt’s the same Gas station cashier. So he has to take care of the gas station. He was nice and gave me the customer service number. He said any claims is over the phone.

John wIt may have been a miscommunication, however when I took the vehicle, the gentleman asked how many miles I would be driving. I stated 80-100 so I would like to take the daily rate of $89 because it came with 100 free miles. Everything else went well with the checkout, and when I turned it in they asked me to drop off the keys and they would inspect when they had a second. Well 30 mins passes and I receive a bill for $150. A bit of a shock when I was only expecting $89 plus tax ($109 if you include the insurance I thought I declined). When I pulled it up, they charged me $0.79 per mile in addition to the rental price and insurance. When I tried to call to figure out what happened, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Never again.

Glenn HMake sure your website is up when people are trying to rent/ return the uhaul. If was good when I picked up but had to wait 10 mins for it to come back up when returning. But at least I wasn't charged for returning it a few mins past the drop of time.
ASHLEY RI'm giving 5 stars because Nick the attendant was super nice and helpful even though he was working alone, I really appreciate his help. The truck drove good, it was very dirty, but I only needed it to pick up a piece of furniture close by that didn't take me too long. Thanks.

ANITA HWent to a dealer to pick up the truck at the scheduled time, and that dealer decided he didn’t want to work anymore despite his posted hours and I couldn’t get the keys to the truck. After 45 minutes on the phone with uhaul, we finally found another truck across town, which they then attempted to charge me the overage on mileage, and I’m still waiting for some partial refund I was promised and a manager to contact me.

ROBERTO MMy reservation was moved from one location to this location. When I went to my original location they did not have the trailer I reserved. After numerous phone calls they found this location on Primrose had a 12x6 trailer. There was little support in hooking up the trailer to the car. I couldn't lift it myself so someone finally came out to do it. I would rather not rent from this location.
Daniel GThe location is centrally located and easy to get in and out of. It also has gas pumps that are reasonably priced to refuel the truck without getting gouged. The employees are helpful and appreciative of your business.
