The gas tank had a big hole in it where someone stole gas from the truck. I felt jolted because we paid for $30 in fuel that we didn’t use. We didn’t know about the hole until we fueled up to return the truck. 😞 We unknowingly lost a lot of fuel in our move. Not fair.

Arthur MI have rented three 8x5 trailers in the last year at two locations. All three had dangerously under inflated tires when I picked them up. The last one had mismatched tires. One called for 55 lbs and the other 65. I made long highway trips of over 1850 miles. I had to bring tires up from inflation pressures of 30 some pounds each time. Potential liability problem for U-Haul. I always have to sweep out the trailers before use and again at the end of use. They are never swept out when I pick them up.
Kenneth FEnnis Feed Store was the only one who even bothered to try and help fix Uhaul's mess ups. That sweet lady went above and beyond. Maybe you should put her in charge of the company, at least the customer service would benefit greatly.

Nagel NMuch older truck than I am used to and parked on red mud. Had to ruin shoes to look at vehicle and unlock for keys. Steering had great deal of slack and interior beyond filthy. Had to use antibacterial wipes to dig debris from cup holders.
Elizabeth HSwiped our debit card too many times, and our funds are stuck in limbo!!! Did Not have letterhead to remove extra charges & would not take extra time required to fix his transaction errors. Now we have to wait to get duplicate charges to drop off !!! We have No access to our own money !!!

Denisha RWe called multiple times the number given and could not reach anyone. The driveway gate was locked so we called 2 other places in Nacogdoches. One said they would not except trailers and one said their “Uhaul” person was out and they didn’t know when they would return. So we had to leave the trailer outside the locked gate at the original location. There should be better instructions on how to drop off at this location. Would not use the Nacogdoches location again (Bass Trailer Sales). This part was very frustrating.

Mable FThe online check in process was very complicated. Thankfully the worker waited for us. We also tried following the link that uhaul sent us and it glitched so much we weren’t able to finish the check in process. It was frustrating and the process to return the uhaul was also complicated.

Natalio PThe man that rented my uhaul was ok. Buy the van was in terrible shape. There were "X" marks from front to back and on top of this vehicle. Brakes were not good. I had no other choice but to take it to get the move done. This Van should be removed immediately from service and put out to pasture.
KALVIN MThe equipment at this location was older than at a previous pick up location. Not necessarily the fault of the location. The running lights on the rear passenger side of the trailer quit working during the trip. However, we were not aware of the problem until the end of the trip.

Calvin TStaff was rude and condescending when called to ask about unauthorized additional charges. The truck was rented for 2 days with 201 miles but returned same day with 170 miles, the staff refused to mark it returned until next day so as to still bill for 2 day rental and refused to give credit for miles not used. Avoid this place. You will be billed $25 if you don’t fold blankets right!
