Far too many questions and pictures needed when dropping a vehicle off after hours. I understand taking a picture of the mileage and fuel, but pictures of how clean it is was too much. And regardless, during the time of covid, the trucks should be getting cleaned before they're rented again.Phillip S.

He said it was impossible for him to take it over once I started the online mobile login. You need to check your advertising..you say the cargo van rental costs $19.95 (plus gas and mileage) but the cost ended up being more than twice of the $19.95. I was charged $19.95 for the truck and for the rental.Leigh O.

There were food wrappers in the truck when I picked it up. I rented a 26 ft. truck, but on the day of the pick up, I was told it wasn't available. I was then offered a 20ft truck. This caused us to have to make 2 trips, instead of 1. Otherwise, I had no issues with anything else. The truck ran fine, and their service was accomodating.COLLIN P.

Truck had a lot of play in the steering wheel that made it hard to steer comfortably. Truck also had a lot of rattles, and it wasn't what I was hauling as I only hauled one mattress. Thought it was too expensive too, ended up costing almost 300.00 to haul a mattress 183 miles.DARCY E.

The truck I used for the move had such a tall first s[et and I couldn;t reach itCandace K.
I rented a UHaul from this location early into the COVID-19 pandemic and was met the friendliest associate who pulled up a perfectly clean truck loaded with my requested equipment. In addition, the associate wished me luck on my move as they handed over a few Clorox wipes to freshly disinfect any surfaces I was worried about along the way. Return service was also a breeze as I could take pictures of mileage, fuel, and overall state of the truck before dropping the keys off in a lock box. Overall, a great UHaul rental experience at a location I hope to use again in the future!Brittany C.

Had forgotten to grab dolly with trailer order. And while I'm happy to take fault for this, after multiple phone calls and an email, was unable to reach this location to receive confirmation to remove the dolly from my order.Kurtis H.
Overall customer service i.e. friendliness, warm welcoming/greeting the moment the customer walks in. Ensuring any equipment the client rented is inside the box truck etc. If I had not checked everything, I would've left without the furniture pads and dolly I had rented. Carefully explaining to client the service fees/charge/and a clear explanation of the terms and conditions when renting equipment. I love the rental insurance offerings. The $28 insurance could be improved more. Overall customer friendliness, welcoming atmosphere etc was a 1/5 stars. The cleanliness of vehicle was above average, I was very impressed.Dairys M.
