We were on our way to KY to visit family and hen our Kia started sounding odd. We were able to make it to Baxter Auto Repair, and they checked everything over and said it was the engine. They were very helpful in getting us fixed up with a truck and trailer to bring our Kia back to Knoxville. They even loaded the SUV on the trailer while we did the paperwork. Awesome group of guys!

The gentleman working out the rental was very nice and cordial. I had not rented Uhaul before and he was helpful. I didn't notice until I was a couple miles from the place that the tank was only 3/4 full, while the contract indicated it was full. I was pressed for time and didn't want to back track for the hassle.

Rented a car dolly only needed it for one day, was told I was allowed four days, but wouldn't get charged for all four days and that they wouldn't charge my card till I dropped it off. But I was charged immediately and was charged for the full four days. I dropped the dolly off the very next day and was not refunded for the three days I didn't use it. Not a very good experience!

We rent at least 1 to 4 times a month. We will be glad to see all the GMC trucks gone. They haven't in our opinion been very good. Most use oil and smoke.

I scheduled online pickup for 7am, recieved confirmation number for pickup time , their website even stated hours of operation , which I took screen shot of for purpose of this situation , I get there to find paper note on door that they don't open until 8 am during winter months but yet they don't update their website.. I was on a scheduled time frame because I was moving from Tennessee to Texas and yet I get nothing for my enconvience of having to wait for them to decide to open up ... I think I should be reiembursed for the loss of my time ...

There was an issue late in the day with the overhead door while loading the truck. We called roadside assistance and a helpful agent found a local technician to come repair the door. They arrived promptly and knew what to do to fix the problem. Uhaul gave us an extra day rental because the door malfunction delayed our departure. Nice truck, helpful roadside assistance agent and professional repair. Yay!

I will be contacting Baxter Auto Repair. My receipt shows a total of $142.14 but I just checked my bank account and it shows a completely different total of $195.58. I want to know why the difference after the receipt. I would also like to know why I can rent one cheaper in my hometown and drive it on a round trip and I am offered $39.99 per day but can't pick up one in the town I need it for the same price and do one way?

I am very dissatisfied with my most recent UHaul experience. I specifically called to place my order so that I could ensure the pick-up and drop-off locations would be close by. Even though I was assured by the person on the phone that they would be, I was assigned a pick-up location in a different town from where I was departing from and then my drop-off location was in a different town as well. I was forced to pay an additional fee for mileage to cover it, even though the extra miles were just for the distance I incurred picking up and dropping off. I will not be using your services again and I plan on telling all my friends as well. What are you going to do to right this situation? My father, who has a medical condition had to pick up the truck in a different city from where he lives, even though I specifically asked for it to be in Cookeville. It was not the fault of the people at the local spots, but more an issue with the person at the call center I suppose.

Baxter Auto Repair saved UHaul a HORRIBLE rating... I was very unhappy that the truck I had scheduled was not available at the original location and I had received NO notification or advanced warning regarding it being unavailable. I drove 5 hours to move my belongings in crappy weather conditions only to find out the truck I had scheduled wasn't available. Fortunately, Baxter Auto Repair made one available and scrambled to get it ready for my move. They went above and beyond to help, even though they did not have the equipment I originally requested they made every effort to meet my order.
