If you need an appliance dolly, I recommend going to an actual uhaul store. I reserved an appliance dolly that was not in the truck I picked up. I had to call another store and drive to that location to pick up the dolly. I called the day prior to pickup to remind them to put the dolly inside the truck, yet they still left it out. This was my second time renting/reserving a dolly that was not in the truck at pickup. That is how I knew to call other locations. Other than the missing dolly, the truck was clean.
