Employees at this location refrained from wearing face coverings/masks and practicing social distancing guidelines during the pandemic. One employee was shirtless, barefoot, and smoking while in the office. Another employee had a dog present and allowed it to walk across the counter while customers were present. The rental van was also extremely dusty and unsanitary. Very disappointed from the lack of professionalism and sanitary precautions, especially during this global pandemic.

The service was not good the uhaul had no gas in it it was not clean and she just gave me the keys and said it's one of those out there so I had to walk around and try my key on different uhaul till I found the one I rented she was to busy talking to someone she knows and did not give me that much time when I walk in there was another customer and he was mad at her and the service he was getting I dont recommend this place they dont keep the trucks clean and dont help you she also was to email me my contract because she could not print it but it never was email to me if I got pulled over I would have no proof I paid for it that's not good

When I dropped off the trailer at Beamer Street Storage the office was locked. A man blowing leaves said that he would have the owner check it in when they arrived and e-mail me the receipt. The owner apparently never checked it in or attempted to contact me.

Jeff and Beamer Street Storage were great to work with for my single day rental of a 10 ft truck. I recommend picking up within business hours and working with the staff directly because using the Uhaul "online pickup/checkout" was problematic, inconvenient and time consuming. I would use this location again and I recommend.

This location has not been open on Sundays for YEARS! Their website info is i.n.c.o.r.r.e.c.t.! Caused much aggravation to go there two different times because of bad info on the internet. Otherwise, good experience.

Interior was dirty like if something had spilled also the truck ran like if it was on its last leg. Im honestly suprised it made the few trips i needed it for. Super loud clicking inside the truck and knocking brake definitely need inspection im a mechanic. So i definately would recomend a full tune up and brake job when you step on the breaks it actually keeps reving for a second then they kick in a bit rough

I was sent to the wrong uhaul location. Then your computer system was down which caused me to be late to our location and I ended up paying the movers $80.00 more for the extra time it caused me. Also I was told I needed a 26 ft when in fact I had over half the trailer empty. The guy at Uhaul, Jeff was absolutely amazing. So was the lady who helped us at that location before he got there. If it wasn't for them I would say this experience was not good but they did everything they possibly could to help us.

I needed to have someone other than me pick up the trailer since their vehicle had a hitch. Trouble. The location made him pay for it rather than use my CC they'd already obtained. Trailer leaked like a sieve - not good as I was moving furniture in a storm. Treated the person returning it for me terribly! Accused him of stealing the trailer, then would not charge to the correct CC. Also overcharged by $20 without explanation. WTF!

The appliance dolly was broken, it would not hold any appliances without the strap breaking off. My husband had to fix it. It still slipped occasionally. The trailer had no tongue jack. Once again we had to go from Wilton California to Woodland California to get the trailer. Over one hour away. This is absolutely ridiculous. The last time you gave me 40 bucks back this time you should at least give me 100 bucks back. Then you had the audacity to ask us to drop off the trailer in Eureka California 80 miles away from Crescent city. It would've cost us more money to take it down there than you were going to give us as a refund.

Took a long time to get a truck even being the only person in line. The front desk lady was having trouble with the computer and her boss refused to come out from the back room to help her. The lady did her best but it took almost an hour and her boss never helped even though she went back twice to ask him.

Worse U-haul I have ever rented. Truck was filthy inside and out and the dome light did not work making our unload much harder. We had to sweep out trash from the back of the truck. I have pictures of the back of the truck. Disgusting...

Attendant Did NOT have a clue was charged for two days. only needed truck for 6 hours. called to complain and went through prompts then was disconnected. waiting on hold now for 13+ minuets.

Your receptionist was rude. I originally rent the truck for 2 days due to renovation to my house The contractor was finish so I call to extend my time for an additional 2 days I tried calling the uhaul office but no one for back to me so I called the 800 number and spoke with some one. They were able to extend my days and charge my credit cards. The contractor finish the work and my movers emptied the truck in only 1 extra day so I tried to drop the truck off the evening before my actual return but the 800 number today me that I had to drop the truck off during the office hours because you computer didn't show where to drop the truck. I get a call from your rude office assistant asking me when did I plan to drop the truck off. I explained to her that I left work early to bring the truck back and I had until 5pm because I needed a ride home because I live 20 miles away. It was only 3;00 pm. She said that some one needs and rented the truck at 3:00pm I explained that I called and add 2 additional days and I tried to drop it off the night before. I'm just angry because for one thing no one did a walk through with me, l had to put my own appliance dolly on the truck and they didn't tell me where to drop off your truck. They really need to be trained on customer service. How unprofessional they were for working at Uhaul a nationwide company.

The customer service was great however there were some glitches with the system. It took the CSR a while to complete the reservation. I had a time limit for what U needed the truck however my plans had to be changed because it took a long time to complete the transaction.

We were told we could drop our truck off at any location so we choose the closest drop off to us. We arrive and find out no, we have to go to an exact location. So now we drive to another spot only to take ten minutes taking multiple pictures after being exhausted from moving. Process needs to be speedier.

The truck was filthy inside and out. Not maintained. Fluids low and pet hair everywhere. Old spills not cleaned up and smelled bad. There was mud on the floors. Mess!

The truck I reserved was also reserved to someone else one day after I reserved it. Also the truck engine light stayed on and it leaked gas, and I spent way more money for gas then before. At check in the man looked at gas cap and another area said there was a gas leak and he will shut that truck down.

I had 3 good tires, and one with very little tread. An hour into a very long trip, low tire pressure light came on. I filled it to 80psi, And an 2 hour's later, needed to fill it again. Stopped at a Loves Mechanic shop, and the mechanic told me that tire should have been changed. There was also a small screw well embedded, probably the source of the leak. One bad tire and 3 newer ones caused a boat like swaying during the drive. U-haul needs to do better maintenance on their vehicles. Also, be prepared for sticker shock! $1017.00 for a 10foot truck going 700 miles. Wow!
