I scheduled my pick up for 430pm. Get a call on my way asking if I can come early cause the woman needed to leave to pick up her grandkids. Get there and the woman was less than friendly, the other woman locked the keys in the uhaul and had to do an equipment exchange due to it being after hours. Then the uhaul I rented continued to overheat turning my 8 hour move into a 14 hour trip. When speaking with customer service was informed the equipment shouldn’t have been rented out in the first place due to overheating issues in the past.

The jack would not raise without a lot of force when I picked it up. Then, when I arrive, brought it back, I could not get the trailer off the truck because the jack was not working at all. The staff was kind enough to finally get a jack to jack the trailer up off of the trailer hitch.
John CI would never recommend this pick up location to anyone. The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. Gayle displayed zero professionalism. She had a nasty demeanor, she was smoking outside the companies property and displayed poor communication skills. Not only is this bad service over all this isn’t a good representation to the U Haul company.

Henry ULights would not work on the trailer. After trying several things, your agent assured me it was my vehicle's problem and I needed to take it for repairs before I could take the trailer. I took my Toyota to the service shop and paid $79.50 to be told my vehicle had no problems. I went back to Uhaul and told them what I had discovered and was then offered a different trailer which amazingly worked on my vehicle. The agent refused to consider refunding the money they had sent me to the auto shop for originally. I do not feel I should be responsible for doing as I was instructed only to learn the problem was with the first trailer. We have rented from Uhaul many times without any issue so I know this is not how you normally do business.

Well, it was the Uhaul website that allowed me to choose this location for return. If I ever had to choose this location again, I would not.
Mike SGail doesn't know what the he'll she's doing except to lie and manipulate. Also be quite rude and most disrespectful. She gave us a 20'truck when we reserved a 15' truck. Claimed she didnt have a 15' truck yet later said 1 was on her lot but didn't know it. Also said go there later on and she may have a 15' truck coming in. Fast forward to we arrived at destination chicopee ma. And how Joe had to call Gail to ask why mileage was off as we had a receipt for a 20' but came with what our original reservation of 15''truck. Gail told how she looked all over the night before for the 15' truck. She didn't know where it was. The 15' truck was the 1 someone had for a few hours according to Gail

When we expressed that the truck leaked we were told that UHaul very rarely checks the trucks. There was zero concern about this issue. Hopefully the next person with this truck doesn’t have items that will be ruined with water.

Nathan RThe lady was rude the whole time we was renting the truck! She was hateful and smart and never even said thank you in the end. I’ve never had such rude customer service! She didn’t explain nothing, not even the location of the truck we just rented. After handing me my card back she informed me that she wasn’t sure how I would be refunded my deposit since I paid wirh a prepaid card. She could’ve said it wasn’t allowed or explained BEFORE CHARGING MY CARD! but she didn’t and when I came to get my deposit back two days later because of a Sunday, I was told it would be refunded in 3-5 businesss days back to the card it came from which is impossible because it’s a prepaid card! And she knows that snd knew it whole time. I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED MY $70 BACK FROM UHAUL! I will never use ur service or go to that woman’s shop again ! The customer service is so bad with both I never want to deal with either of u again ever

At this location, I waited for the clerk to get off the phone with a family member only for her to periodically stop assisting me to read a text and respond. This occurred at least 5 times while she was pulling up and printing paperwork for me to sign.

ROBERT DI was supposed to pick truck and trailer up at 10 am, I showed up at 930 and there was a problem with my reservation of the trailer. After 3 calls to uhaul customer service and an hour and a half wait time it was finally resolved. Then when I asked about hooking up trailer to truck she said she was the only one there and couldn't hook it up so I needed to if I wanted to take trailer.
