Don MTerrible location. It's a storage facility that as an after-thought rents U-Haul. Terrible after hours Drop Off Instructions to find the entrance. Not even visibly marked. Would NEVER use this location for anything. Find another franchisee.
Bruce BIt was overall a really good experience. The man that was working was really helpful and overall just a good guy! I would really recommend this Beaufort Self Storage location, even thought it is located in a tricky spot. I was showed everything on the truck, he helped me move the mirrors and just make sure I felt safe/comfortable with the truck!!! 10/10 recommend.

Jacqueline RThe truck was new so it was clean, but the front passenger side tire was extremely low on air and there was only 1/4 a tank of gas in it. He said he didn't do any maintenance (tire) on the truck. Any customer should be able to pick up a truck full of gas and tires full of air. Also he did not know if truck had cruise control and told me to google it.

Candy DApparently the agent was under the impression that our pick up time was 9 am and was being pressured to rent the van to others. My confirmed reservation was for 12:30, about the time we showed up. It would have been very bad if the van was rented out to someone else. Kudos to the agent on site for holding firm.

Jeff BThe truck, location, and personnel at Ribaut Road were great. However, our original reservation sent up to a Seabrock, SC location that didn't even have trucks. I talked to two people on the phone to straighten things out. One didn't seem to care at all and the other was even rude. They were both very unhelpful. Thank goodness for the man at Ribaut Road.

Megan PI had a 4'x8' trailer - they are light and manueverable, but the location is still difficult to access. In the front, on Ribaolt Road, very difficult to enter, then turn around, with a trailer. I had been here before with another rental, and a person directed me to go to the back entrance. This time I could not even find that. Did not interact with any personnel since it was very early in the morning on a holiday (jan 2).

CATHERINE DWilliam at Paris Island was excellent and very helpful on my return. I will use him again. UHaul as a company, however, is lacking. I could not return the trailer near my destination in Bluffton despite several UHaul locations near me. No local location would take a trailer. Only trucks because they are more profitable. This is not a top shelf business practice, and is disappointing.
Robert WPlease issue a refund for the unnecessary charges that were not a part of the original contract. Please correct any automation that may be running in the background.
