Dale GaudryDesignated parking or directions where to park. It is better to fill the vehicle between users. I was told the tank was 3/4 full but when I received the vehicle it was just over half. Luckily I took a photo prior to prove it was no where near 3/4 tank. The attendant wanted me to fill the vehicle upon return but I showed the photo with the time and date.

Elizabeth BrownStaff were not able to explain what actually happens during a rental. Upon returning the truck, staff not interested to assist me and probably didn’t know how. We spent almost 1 hr in the esso parking lot trying to return the truck
Joyce DionisioThe trucks alignment was very bad had to steer 20 degrees to the left to go straight. The truck stunk like cigarettes and wasn't very clean. I couldn't find anywhere how many liters of gas fill to replace how much used, and the location attendant didn't know either. I don't doubt the information was somewhere but it definitely wasn't obvious. The whole thing wasn't user friendly, but the ride share option was overall more convenient than having to drive into anothe city where at an actual uhaul location
Ben Ben WeirI had already provided my drivers license photos when setting up a profile, yet I was again asked to scan it in, which felt redundant. I was then asked to provide additional ID such as a verified contact (?) a passport or my house lease contract(!!) you will barely, hardly find someone picking up a moving van and having this sort of information readily available. Very irritating, in particular since I had already uploaded my DL previously. - thankfully Chat was able to help quickly. But not great for first time experience

dave labbyI ordered a 15ft truck inwhich i was notified that it has engine issues, UHAUL upgraded me to a 20ft at no new cost except the pick up was further so kilometers were higher and i had a very difficult time with the 20ft truck cause my driveway is not big enough. caused me a bit of stress.

Wayne RobinsBetter maintain the vehicles, most of the issues I have faced are very minor and are negligible but back last winter or last other winter there was a major issue in one of the 26' truck where the brakes started to fail as I was about to get in to the highway. But overall my experience has been flawless dealing with the clerk and online interface.

Kathleen SmithZero customer service. Every time I go to this location it's a different system. One moment they ask you to answer questions on your phone and next is just show them your license. Some people are in a hurry and their time is valuable... they take forever at this location and there is never even a smile. Truck was dirty, and having to sit at the end and take pictures of the truck and answer all the questions or pay $20 for them to do it is pretty crappy too. Again.... whatever happened to customer service? Your staff don't like to walk outside to look at the truck anymore, don't get paid enough? No wonder the trucks are filthy... nobody even has to look at them. I'll be taking my business to a different truck rental company from now on.

Truck ran very rough, no power, check engine light was on. Not at all happy with rental
DAVE MCLELLANDThe truck was old and not was not in the greatest condition considering how much the rental cost. The extra wrong drop off location was ok. But for the amount of money you spend renting a unit like this for the capacity I’d recommend going with someone else. Unless they upgrade their fleet. While driving the unit it seemed like it was ready to break down. Heat didn’t work the greatest, and the fuel mileage was extremely poor. Hope this helps

Ramandeep ChahalThe truck interior could have been cleaned, I cleaned it after use so next person can enjoy. I won’t rent from Uhaul again. I will rent elsewhere. I was not happy with the 0.70 cents per km charge. I feel this is to much.
Scott NemecArrived at the location even though I had done reservation ahead with central booking system , It took them almost 55 minutes to figure out , they tried over 9 times to process the reservation , and on top of that it didn't work , they showed in system as cash, 3 staff were present and they were just juggling around, even for gas station and car wash customers they were so pissed, will not return here
mayur rajThe last time I rented from this location, they didn't have the truck there and I had to go to Leduc to pick up the truck in -40 C. The truck was nearly empty of fuel also. This time the truck was there and 3/4 of a tank of fuel! Especially nice, since I live 2 blocks away. But they had me re do the paperwork at the store again, I did it online already!

Fine I get to Beaumont expecting to pay for my millet to leduc and back, 40.6km instead I paid for77km. No big deal just a small bitch

Julien LatourThe ladies at the uhaul healed best they could but the info they got from the actual uhaul was unacceptable. 4 times I was switched once without even knowing and then you were trying to charge me $231 for A 40km trip. I waited over an hour to get this straightened out and then was refunded $48. I want all my money back and I will be contacting the upper management to get this dealt with. Absolutely not a well ran company and such terrible communication. I’m beyond disappointed and will not let this rest as it made an already stressful day way worse. A whole week and a half I dealt with this and I will never use uhaul again and I will be spreading the word to my costumers in real estate also to not rent this trucks. It was filthy, couldn’t even see out the bug filled window. Fries and Cheesies were left in there on the floor. Just all around terrible. Would be good to have this rectified.

Truck was filthy when we picked it up tow dolly had to be returned as it had broken strap for tire so could not be used causing me to have to drive it to Alberta extra gas expense. I’m vary unsatisfied with the service .

Theresa CochranGeneral photos did not show the condition of the van when inspected. When checking/in our driver’s licenses where photographed by a third party phone and images transferred to the Uhaul site. What happens to the images on the phone? How does Uhaul protect our privacy?
Ambere porterThe poor gas station attendant had to service the U-hall and gas station. Not proficient in the U-hall services, limitation on providing all information and registration process; took 25 min to complete my rental alone, plus time in between to help gas station costumers. Equipment tires were 1/2 full, I had to fill it.

Jesse NordhTruck needed to be swept out from sand, dirt, debris. Truck was very loud squeeking in left front end at high speeds on freeway, otherwise it was an average experience and truck.
