No place to park the trailer. Didn't tell me there'll be any additional charge that charged me forty four dollars more after I dropped it off

Randy was very nice and helpful. The facility was in disrepair. The U-Haul truck was high mileage and had lots of scratches and dings. I had to add 3 quarts of oil to the U-Haul truck. 2 quarts at the beginning, then 1 quart while traveling. The check engine light came on 3/4 of the way thru my trip and the stabilitrack system light was on and off the entire journey. This vehicle was "worse for the wear", I felt like this truck was not road worthy for a 2000 mile journey. My previous experiences with U-Haul have been good. This one wasn't.

Nothing. This is an easy location to get to and get in and out of regardless of the type of equipment. We have rented multiple times from this location and have never had an issue.

This is the second time I have have returned equipment to this location (first when I moved here 10 years ago and this most recent time) VERY easy location to return equipment to and it is easily accessible. I returned the equipment afterhours and was able to notify the owner of my arrival and he handled it from there. VERY simple.

The trailer was covered in bird droppings, the wheel guards were rippled as if straightened from miss use, tire pressure was low. Second major issue was not this locations problem but on a national/area level. I made a reservation for a 10 foot truck for a Wednesday and then less then 24 hours before my pick up was informed that neither the van, 10 foot, or 15 foot truck (one size up or down from my needs) would be available until the following Monday.
