The location is very convenient as it is by a major highway. However, there are no clear signs indicating that the Sunoco gas station has U-Haul services - not even when you enter the store. The U-Haul info is on 8.5 x 11 paper. When I picked up the truck and dropped it off, there was only one employee. At pick-up, the gentleman did not do an inspection with me because he could not leave the store unattended. I did take pictures because the check engine light was on (I assumed that it was a minor issue - who would rent unsafe equipment?); and, there were dents on the front of the truck. Since there was a different gentleman there at drop-off, I made him aware of the issues. He said unless I had proof then I'd be responsible for the repairs - he tried to challenge the validity of my photos.

Given the location is a gas station, anyone who is not from there would not know where to drop off the uhaul truck. The parking is behind the gas station that isn't visible from street view or from main gas station view. Where the Uhaul trucks are parked, has a lot of broken glass possibly from glass bottles or broken windows from vehicles.

my only issue is that I asked on line about getting bungee cords and was told I coudl get them when I picked up the truck. They didn't have any when i got there. luckily it wasn't an issue.

Would prefer to use the U Haul rental location where the customer service is more attentive. In this case the gas station attendant basically said 'the truck is in the back, here are the keys, return int full' as he attended to other customers in the station convenience store. Understandable, but not my preference. Similar situation on return.

Owner was very rude from the beginning. When my mom and uncle went to drop off the rental he was rude again and very argumentative. He even cursed at them and another customer in the store. I definitely will not go back to this location or recommend this location to anyone else.

I was charged back fifty dollars for a dirty but the truck was clean. I rent trucks probably twenty times a year and also have a corporate account thru Suddath.

The location was good for where I was moving from however I thought I could drop the truck off closer to where I moved to. I learned after traveling to Chester 55th UHaul that it would be much more. So out of my way I went and spent more on the mileage

Straps were not included in U Haul. Provider was rude, dismissive with my concerns and didn't cooperate at all. When I expressed my concerns he raised his voice and shouted at me.

Self service can be better I had to many problems my u-haul was ready at 7:30 am but I couldn't take the truck till 9:30 but there was a female from customer service was perfect she helped me out so much did not catch her name but she was great the call was between 8-9:30 for recording purpose thanks

Only issue was I paid for a dozen moving pads (which I thought would be in the back of the truck) and did not receive them. The guys apologized and said they missed it on the contract. They gave me a credit for the pads.

When I arrived, the representative, an older man was rude and not willing to help me with my return. My equipment was late, however the same day I was told by phone to return to the original return location, even when late. At the location, the U haul representative informed me that he would not take my equipment because he had no space on the lot and the equipment was not in his system. He was very rude and postured to tell me to get out of here. I told him I will not leave without him taking back the equipment. He insisted, he will not take the and I should go down the road to the main location. I told him I will not go to the next location, I explained again that I am returning to this original location, as per contract. I then ask him to call the main office to get direction on what to do. He said No, I am not going to go and do all that. This conversation, it was more of an argument lasted 10 Minutes until finally he called the main location. Then it took another 5 minutes for the representative to clear the matter and to accept the equipment. I did pay additional $367.20, on top of $2370.36 for the rental. Paying this much money to U haul , to be treated with rudeness and disrespect by your representative puts in question if I should spend this amount of money again with U haul. This is a twice a year trip for the last 10 years, and there are other rental company's to give business to. I am waiting for a manager to contact me to discuss this . Sincerely. George Wacker

Worst experience I've EVER had. The representative checking in the truck was extremely belligerent and of no help to me AT ALL. He was rude and disrespectful, refused to accept my rental truck because he said it's not "his job", cursed at me, and made it clear that he will not be helping me complete my transaction. He refused to process my return because I brought the truck back a day early. I had to video the interaction with him so I could possibly get further action on this matter. This representative is no reflection on UHaul as a whole, but someone must be held accountable for his rude and disrepectful behaviors.

This location is in a gas station. The owner was supremely rude! I had movers coming at a certain time so me to have to wait while he continuously waited on his "other" customers was very frustrating. When I asked him I'd he could just finish our business he actually yelled and said those were his "real" customers and if I asked again he wouldn't have a truck available. When making this reservation online and in subsequent follow up e-mails I picked a specific location on the Sunday before my Monday move I was notified in voice mail, late in the day, that the location was changed to this one. The Moving Helpers were awesome and I will using them again but I will rent a truck from another vendor in the future.

The service attendant seemed unfamiliar with the Uhaul system. He could not resolve a problem with a truck I had reserved without calling his supervisor who would take 30+ mins to arrive on site. I had to pay extra money for a Uhaul truck size I did not need because I could not afford to wait 30 mins. I reserved a truck, and still had to answer all the same exact basic questions that I had already given an answer to, and it was not to verify--the attendant was entering the information into the system as I told him. He or the computer was slow at doing this, drawing the experience out even longer. Also, he kept interrupting the transaction to take care of other customers. If a gas station is going to rent out Uhaul's, they should probably have 1 person on site at all times who is qualified to handle anything, and also someone dedicated to Uhaul transactions while someone else handles regular gas station transactions. I repeated multiple times that time was an issue because this was the third location we had visited and the only location that was supposed to have the moving solution we needed (a small, one-way trip moving truck), and yet it still took a painfully long time to get back on the road. Thank goodness the location that was holding our furniture was willing to wait for us to return, even though they were supposed to be closed, or it would have been a complete disaster.

This location was 15 miles away from the location I had signed up for online and not in a part of town I have ever been. It was not even a regular uhaul dealer but a gas station. It would be helpful to have a uhaul sign at the location since I could not even tell if it was the right place. Also, the cab was very dirty inside. The person signing the vehicle out to me did not review anything about the truck, how to open the back, how to lock it, etc. He did not seem to know anything about the truck. He was also confused about where I was dropping it off in Chicago, even though I had specified precisely which location I planned to use.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental truck company. I had a reservation since January 2015 and had to go to a far location to pick-up the auto trailer. The customer service was horrible.

too many calls placed to customer service and the scheduler to get things resolved. I made my reservation a week in advanced. I was told the day before that my reservation had just come through to the scheduler and as such my tow dolly and truck had to be picked up at different locations. You can imagine how difficult that is when you are driving solo and you have to drive the truck as well.

The gentleman runs a gas station not a u-haul. Once I signed up with him, he told me the trailer was out back...No help, no instruction. UNACCEPTABLE!!! What if I hitched the trailer wrong and caused an accident!!!!!Serious issue!

Prompt friendly smooth in and out. Small but great location. My wife and I recently moved so we have used u hall trucks often lately. We occasionally use when purchasing large items etc. I will say we almost didn't go back to u hall after an experience prior to this stop. The owner of 21860 Libby Rd Bedford Heights, OH 44146 location. Extremely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful to my wife and I. It's unfortunate you have such a horrendous ownr/manager representing your company that even after a great experience this time . The horrible one we had previously still comes to mind.

People at this location had no idea that I was to drop off my uhaul truck. At first I was told I was at the wrong place. Eventually the person said I could leave the truck, but I would have to wait until the next day to hear back from uhaul that the vehicle was accepted for return.
