Terrible customer service. The guy helping was very rude. Trailer had mud caked on the side and dirt in the inside. There was a problem with the wiring and told us to go to another location and figure it out. I didn't want to pickup from this location but uhaul last minute changed it for me.Joseph V.

Have the trucks where they are reserved! It's simply not fair to have the customers move your equipment around. I'm not sure I would use uhaul again. If I did it would be because the dealers were all excellent and tried to help in every way. We drove 45 minutes one way to get one truck, and two hours one way to get the second with no gas reimbursement for our vehicle or theirs? There is a labor shortage yes... but the customer shouldn't have to pay for your staff shortages. If you ever want my business again you will reply with some financial conciliation.Brett J.

The start of our day was horrible ~ we did the 24/7 Check In ~ ran into a whole bunch of issues , finally after being on hold for over 20 minutes we were able to get the code for the lock box to get the key for the truck ~ never completed all of the steps for the check in ~ we wasted an hour. Definitely needs to be some changes with that process!! The truck, itself, was nice and definitely served it's purpose. The return of the truck went very smoothly.Kim R.
I just did a self check-in at Bee Line. I stopped inside to let the staff know there was a trailer at the edge of their lot. Didn't really have much interaction with them. This is a very convenient drop-off location for me. Glad that work with Uhaul.CHARLES C.
Site was closed when I dropped off the trailer. I've used this site previously, and the personnel was fairly unhelpful -- all he said was drop it off anywhere, and that was about it. I did my check in on my own at that time, so I didn't even bother checking to see if anyone was around during this second rental.CHARLES C.

I might have caught them at a busy time, but I felt like I was a nuisance to them. Being a first-time customer I didn't know where to go to pick up the trailer. I didn't see any markings indicating where to go and I didn't get a friendly response from the BeeLine employee when I asked where to pick up the trailer. I had issues with my vehicle and tried to change my reservation from round trip to one way knowing there would be additional charges. I was repeatedly told that was not an option once the equipment had been picked up. It made for an extremely stressful return home which I feel was unnecessary given one way trips are an option on the front end.Daniel J.

We got moved to a new location a few days before pickup, and we reserved one dozen furniture pads - the new location didn't have any furniture pads which was frustrating as we had to spend more money on less furniture pads from Walmart. Especially frustrating because we reserved them weeks in advance.Logan C.
The process was very slow at the time of the pick up. We provided all info at the time of 800 reservation Why did the info repeat at the time of a pick up.. The drop off was quick and simple after the trailer drop off. thank you for saving our time when we are exhausted from the long road trip.Sherri R.
Revise the reservation system. I wanted to pick up in Fargo, ND and was told I had to reserve from Ada, MN, an hour away, for the equipment I wanted. The day before pickup I was informed Ada would not have the equipment and my nearest option was an additional hour away. The rep informed me "all reservations are accepted", so I didn't understand why I had to reserve non-existent equipment from a location an hour away from where I initially wanted to pick up. If all are accepted, I should have been able to make the reservations at the store I wanted in the first place, since apparently the reservations mean nothing. Overall, not impressed with the "reservation" system. The individual locations I visited were fine.collin H.

Trailer door was open upon arrival. Shop did not provide a walk around after hooking up the trailer. I had to close the trailer door and when doing that, I noticed the door would not properly close. Although the shop did make the repairs before leaving with the trailer, I had to spend the time waiting for this to be ready for use.Jamie K.

We didn't get the 6 pads that we paid for but the truck was perfect size and we had no problems. Estimated use of 50 miles turned into about 25 because of the size of the truck. Easy pick up and drop off. ThanksStephen E.

In the future, I would make sure that all of your trucks/ trailers are inspected upon drop off and any issues taken care of before the next customer. If this had been done, my husband and I would not have wasted an entire day sitting on the side of the freeway because the brake froze up in the trailer we rented. We waited about three hours for Roadside Assistance. We were given the option to either transfer our belongings ourselves and U Haul would pay us $250 or they would hire a mover to come and do it for no expense to us. We chose a mover since we had extremely heavy furniture in the trailer. When the tow truck came and picked up the trailer, we had to drive a half hour to the gas station where the next U Haul place had a trailer for us just to sit there another three hours while U Haul had us waiting for a mover to transfer our belongings to the other trailer...BUT NOPE!! The tow truck driver would not even drop the trailer so we couldn't even get into the trailer if we wanted to. They could not find a mover so my husband and I had to transfer our belongings ourselves, which by the way, I hurt my back attempting to help with the really heavy items, which is why we wanted a mover in the first place. The tow truck driver offered to help but U Haul told us that if he even touched one thing that he would get the $250 and we would receive nothing! On a good note, The Corporate U Haul office did pay for our hotel room for the night since we were stuck all day waiting on them to take care of things. All in all, a very disappointing experience, especially after dealing with the loss of a loved one the two weeks prior (Why we rented the trailer in the first place). I personally feel that we should've at least received another form of compensation, perhaps a discount on the rental for our time that was wasted waiting for U Haul to complete what was promised to us, not to mention the back pain that I am suffering from because we had to move our belongings oursleves in the end.Loren D.

Pickup took over an hour due to internet rate not matching dealer rate. Asked and paid for 24 moving blankets, the next day when loading found out they only gave me 12. Called on Monday morning as I was only able to return 12 blankets, he told me he would correct the issue. I have not heard from him.toby R.

Charged an extra day since we had to drop off on the weekend. Called and explained that and I guess it was my fault for not writing the day/time I dropped off on the contract (was not told to do this when I stopped earlier and asked about weekend dropoff). This whole process turned out to be about $200 more than we were originally quoted.Kate W.
We rented 2 trucks and filled them both up with gas right before returning them. The invoice we were sent stated one of the trucks was returned empty and we were charged for gas and a fee for filling it. We tried contacting via the email that was supplied to dispute it but it was returned no such address.Josh H.
