I had trouble getting trailer connected and gas attendant couldn't help. A uhaul guy eventually came out and got it connected which I appreciate, but i still had to wait.Tony A.
Making sure that your system is up and running right. My reservation was cancelled. I had to pay for a month that I don't need in order to get my things out. I was told that I couldn't pay just for the 6 day. The day I wanted to check out of the unit I had to paid for the whole month. The store on Westmoreland and Kiest needs help and training and better systems.SHIRLEY J.

The truck was very clean and very nice so I had no problem with that I did bring the truck back with a full tank but I was still charged $6 to fill the tank what i was concerned with was the final paperwork which stated that the tank was lower than what it actually was so I didn't like that! Another concern inside the store there was man who purchased nothing that saw just walking around taking pictures he followed my 15 year old granddaughter to the restroom and stood outside the door just taking pictures of the my grandson as he stood waiting for his sister. Rhe guy came out if the store still taking pictures. When i approached him and asked what and why was ge taking the pictures he got very agitated. It was very eerie and it was very scary Needless to say I will not be going to that neighborhood U-Haul again!ALGENE T.

I was glad I got what I needed before it was over! When a reservation is made, could you HOLD THAT RIG for the person who made it! I loved getting a call telling me there was no rig available because someone else had rented it? Then,while he was trying to find me one "it seems like they were going like hotcakes" he says. I finally told him after two (2) disappeared off his screen to just find me one and tell me where to go pick it up. (I was Frustrated by this point). Which he did. Then had to go out of my way into a tiny parking lot to get a so-so rig. (The name of the place says it all) Then, The Only pigtail to connect the lights to the RV that the man had was cut up and spliced together. Someone used black tape to hold wires together. Transporter was missing a rear light on the right rear corner. After I took that mess back apart and reworked it all the lights came on (minus the missing one). I have pictures if you want them. I finally went and bought one because they kept turning off. The marker lights still flickered the whole trip. Transporter was more than capable to move the car cross country. So that is what mattered. I got it moved. Thank You.THOMAS K.

I dropped the truck off after hours. The area in which you drop the truck off, could use more lighting. It's pretty dark on the side of the building, where the store attendant can't even see you. Not really safe.Judy K.
This is the second time I have leased a truck from this location. Neither time did they have the other items I had reserved. First time it was boxes and a furniture dolly. This time they had no dollies at all. I was not made aware by U-Haul nor the location in advance.WALTER A.

The manager stated that we would not be charged for the extra day. Then when we yelled to return it. He asked us to come back later because his store was too busy to process the paperwork. Now I see that my card was charged for the amount that he refunded us. I won't be using uhaul anymore.Kimberly F.

I've experienced a clean and new Uhaul, connected with a spacious clean store & restawhich was presented by great customer service at the Beer & Wine Stop in Duncanville, Tx. @ 1417 N. Duncanville Rd. Very reasonable prices, and I would refer anyone to them that wants to move anything.Petty H.

The gentleman I encountered was rude and unhelpful! I arrived and explained why I was there and he informed me his internet was down and that there's was nothing he could do and I would need to return in 1.5-2 hours. I explained I could not do that as I needed the truck now and I had movers coming. He again said there was nothing he could do. I called the 800 # and was told I could call another number that would be able to send me to another location. (This was after they tried to call the location i was at but the guy wouldn't answer the phone.) Called that local number and I was informed I could do a web rental at that same location. Why couldn't the guy at the location tell me that? How did he not know this? Anyhow after an hour of waiting at the location and 25 minutes of waiting for approval of the web rental I was finally able to rent the truck. I was late meeting the movers and ended paying more for their services! Very disappointed in the services I received! Will think twice about using U-Haul in the future. I'm willing to pay more for better service!Malayka W.
