This is the second time we have rented a truck in three months. We moved across several states. Both times it has been a nightmare. We reserved what we needed online only to fly for several hours to find once again what we had reserved and had confirmation on was not available when we arrived. We were told to bad you can either take what we have or nothing. I have been very shocked both times at how unprofessional these places are. The truck we did receive had milk poured out all in it that they had done nothing to clean it up. I spend my extra time and money to clean up a mess that I didn't make just to be able to stand the smell. Something needs to be done to help resolve these issues. I paid for services twice now and neither time time got what I paid for. Stopping at different places ago the drive and talking to other people who were there moving in uhauls also, they were having bad experiences so I know now this must have not just been two isolated bad times I have rented. Please correct these issues so other people are not having to experience this. I should not have had to deal with cleaning the truck just because someone else was being lazy.Christina D.

The location is very sketchy. There are random buildings and trailers all over with no indication on where you are supposed to go. There are cars everywhere and most don't work. The Uhual was parked in a very difficult place to back out. Our appliance dolly wasn't in the truck and they were only self service on the weekend. We had to go to Home Depot to get an appliance dolly. That cost us time and money. I would never recommend this location to anyone nor will I ever use this location.Joseph M.

The guy did not properly bolt down the trailer onto my truck. When my wife tried to drive her car onto the auto transport trailer, it was lifted off the ground and the trailer ran into the back of my tailgate. Also I never received a physical contact to sign.BRANDON S.
As I entered the building it smelled like someone be smoking weed for days. The guy was so high that it took home over 45 minutes to process me in. Then he took Sixy eight dollars off my card when it suppose to been fifty one dollars and change. When I return the truck another eight dollars and change was taking out. Then when I mention about the extra charges he said that I have to talk it over with uhaul. This was my first and my last time using this uhaul location. No one was there, a regional rep had to clear me on the phone after I hooked up the trailer I sent him a photo of it via text so he could approve me as "Ok to go." The regional/area rep Mr. Vincent Harris, should be commended, for a job well done. Since the 10 pads were also not placed in the trailer and the person at the pick up location was gone, Mr. Harris gave me a discount--U appreciate that. I went to 2 more U-Haul places before giving up on searching for pads and just used blankets I had at my home. So it was a rough pick-up day, but Mr. Harris did hios best to accommodate things, please give him my thanks. His number is 706-267-8934. I gues in defense of teh individual who was not at the pick up location, they had a legitimate family EMERGENCY, so I understand and hold no hard feelings toward the U-Haul Associate who had to leave the pick up location.Chester W.
Have an experienced person checking you out. Guy First time doing a rental truck. Did it from a broken screen phone. Gave me a tow dolly that didn't have break lights or turn signal. When I took it back, office was open but nobody was around to help me with the issue. Had to call roadside assistance to come fix it. Best thing about this reservation was that they gave me a new UHAUL truck so it was a comfortable ride from Ga to Md.Niko S.

sign said open, no one around. Also on final receipt a cryptic $10 charge appears with no reason for the charge, it is listed as $0 for equipment then $10 for total under equipment then final total $10.80. what was that for??????John K.

Hours of operation are not adhered to at this location. Phone contact impossible! Agent never returned any calls or answered any voice mails! Left note on door of office with contact info for myself. Never received any call from agent. Only got rental issued by a co-occupant of the location that had access to computer in office.HUGH D.

There is no other option for a drop off in the Twisp, WA area. So therefore my opinion about the site really would not be effective, but there really is no noticeable sign indicating what the name of the dealers business is, and there was barely any room to park the truck and trailer. This was due to the fact there were about a million other types of vehicles and equipment there. But I was still thankful the lot was there and not 40+ miles away.ROBIN B.

The location was hard to find, it is in the middle of a junk yard with no visiable u-haul signage. The truck was very dirty and I had to personally wash the windshield because it was so dirty, I could see out of it. Also they did not do an inspection of the truck and the information sheet claimed that the gas tank was half full, which is was barely a 1/4 tank. I would tell people to avoid this location.Michelle R.

A few things: We rented the trailer and returned it that evening but we received an e-mail a week later stating we hadn't returned it and that you could not contact us even though all the info was on our contract, and you had our e-mail address. We called u-haul and it was fixed but the final invoice still said we had it out for a week. Something is wrong with that. 2) We entered all of our information online for our reservation but then all of it hadto be re-entered on site; not very effecient. Regards, Michael Strauss
