Jesse LThe people at the Belding location were great to deal with. But picked truck up after hours and the app did not work well at all. Had to call the 800 number to get help. The first two people I talk with were no help at all, third guy was great and worked thru the pick up process. In all it took 1 1/2 hours to get the truck.

MATTHEW PExcellent customer service! It’s our second time going to u haul but our first time at this location! Very friendly people! And the dog too! The man who showed us the ropes on the rental knew his stuff and was very helpful and informative on safety.
Damaris sOutside key pick up was very difficult... storage lock and box was frozen... took 20 minutes to work the lock to get the truck key. Also the lock on the rear door gate was completely frozen so I could not check the inside to see if my ordered and paid for dolly was inside.. once to our moving location we had to pour hot water on the latch to open... Discovered upon opening that ordered dolly was not in the truck. I would like a refund for that as soon as possible.

He treats u poorly and makes up stuff about the vehicle when he never showed me the inspection tries to blame a broken part on me. He was a jerk from the moment i went to this location . smnever in my life will i go hrere again
Teela HThe people that run this U haul location were the best! I had reserved a U haul on July 22 2022 with a U haul location in Greenville Michigan several months prior to the dates I needed one. The person in charge closed the u haul business and left a few phone numbers on the door for other U haul locations. When I contacted U haul from a number on the U haul site. I tried to explain to the several agents about the business closing down and gave them my reservation number. However I was cut off on the first call, and the second 2 agents said they could not help me and sent my call to a number that no one answered. Finally on the last call I spoke with an agent with the name of Tiffany and even though she could not pull up my reservation I had made on July 22, she created a new one at the Belding Auto U haul location. She took the time to listen to me unlike the other agents. The Belding Auto U haul location owners are great to work with. If someone can look into giving the U haul agents better training perhaps customers would not have to go thru the issues I did.

Ann PThe fact that I booked a 20 foot truck for Lansing and instead needed to pick up a 15 foot truck near Grand Rapids was incredibly frustrating. It was even more frustrating that I was only told this the day before my move. Unnecessarily stressful and very poor customer service. I will not be booking U-Haul again.

The cab of the truck has a very pleasant scent when enetering the vehicle and the enclosed part of vehilce very clean as well . jody mI rented online a 10 ft truck only to find when I got there that they didn’t have a 10ft truck now or for a very long time. After some conversation with lady @ desk I was offered a 15 ft truck same price. This makes me very angry. I didn’t want to handle a 15ft truck. I was given no choice. Get your website updated , people don’t have time for this crap.
