MICHAEL TAbove you state you "are always looking to improve our service or give credit where credit is due." I feel credit is due to me because this location told me I could be credited back on unused days for the daily charge if I returned the equipment earlier. Also, a note about the equipment, not the location, this truck was not equipped with cruise control which was surprising and disappointing. Not having available cruise control on a long trip makes for an unpleasant customer experience.
Mark VThe information given to me at this location was either false or the return location lied to me. I was told extra days not used would be refunded upon return. The return location said this wasn't true. I paid for an extra day in case I needed it, being assured by this location that I could have a credit issued by the return location. Someone is lying because I have received no credit.

JUNE CThis place accepted the 24/7 return drop key method with the app and although the normal operating hours were closed, the owner came out and checked me in without having to go through the hassle of using the app. I certainly appreciated this friendly service.
Danny SI went in Person twice to make my reservation. To insure nothing went wrong. My reservation was canceled . The truck had no gas ⛽️. But said they would put a $20.00 credit . Well then I had to find a gas station ⛽️ and it was 20 mins away. I am very disappointed . The Gas ⛽️ I did use was not refunded to be . I was given a excuse to call Corporate…… That’s not my job !!!! It’s Yours ! When a Service is Purchased and you don’t get what you pay for is wrong. I had to spend extra time and money 💰 to get these issues resolved. I think 🤔 communication is very important when a trucking company offers a service . I’ve never 👎 had this issue before.
